About the Role<br><br>Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations within a [ward/unit/department] in its Doha facility. This is a senior clinical leadership position for a nursing professional who combines strong people-management skills with a track record of driving quality, safety and operational performance in an acute or specialist care setting.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the nursing team, ensuring safe staffing levels, appropriate skill mix and effective rostering. <br>Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care in line with hospital policy and international nursing standards (e.g. JCI). Act as a clinical and professional role model, supporting staff development, mentorship and competency assessment. Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and continuing professional development for nursing staff within the unit.
