<p><strong>About the Role </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Bank Payments & Deposits • Process online banking transactions and payments as approved. • Handle cash and cheque deposits at bank counters when needed. • Maintain proper documentation and approvals for all payments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>1、Cash Accounting & Bookkeeping</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Record daily receipts, disbursements, petty cash, and bank transactions into financial records.</li><li>Prepare daily cash balance logs, expense vouchers, and deposit slips.</li><li>Perform daily cash counts and ensure alignment between physical cash and accounting records.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2、Financial Data Support </strong></p><ul><li>Submit cash reports and transaction summaries to finance team.</li><li>Assist with monthly reconciliation, journal entries, and financial closing.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3、Internal Control & Audit Support </strong></p><ul><li>Maintain proper documentation for payments, deposits, and reimbursements.</li><li>Ensure financial policies and authorization procedures are strictly followed.</li><li>Support audit checks by providing data and supporting documents when requested.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4、Receivables & Invoicing </strong></p><ul><li>Process payments received from customers and update receivable records.</li><li>Issue VAT invoices based on customer requests and ensure correctness of invoice details.</li><li>Track pending payments and assist in coordinating collections.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>5、Bank Payments & Deposits </strong></p><ul><li>Process online banking transactions and payments as approved.</li><li>Handle cash and cheque deposits at bank counters when needed.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and approvals for all payments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>work location:</strong>Yutong Qatar QFZ L.L.C.</p><p>FZA – 839, P-176, Umm Alhoul Free Zone, Free Zone Authority, Qatar</p><p><br></p>
