(Critical and major activity)* Identify the documents required based on Purchase Order requirements and follow up with manufacturers for drawings, ITP's / QCP's & Various Procedures submission (Major Activity)<br>* Participate in weekly review of all existing TPI orders and update the follow up status.* Verify the TPI Reports for correctness and completeness, Inspection Hours, Mileage based on the specified locations.<br>* Ensure SAP-IFS is updated with TPI reports data (Geographic specific - Type of Inspection Personnel, No of Hours, Kilometers travelled) for invoicing purposes.* Verify TPI Release Notes are in-line with PO requirements and advise TPI agency for any discrepancies. Working closely with the Project Director, the Deputy Project Director will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support achievement of project objectives related to schedule, quality, budget, safety, operational readiness, and stakeholder satisfaction.</p><p>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Support the Project Director in managing the overall delivery of PMC services.</li><li>Lead day-to-day coordination of the Theme Park, Entertainment and associated development packages.</li><li>Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, specialist ride vendors, themed entertainment designers, contractors, operators, and suppliers.</li><li>Manage package-level planning, reporting, interfaces, risks, and design coordination.</li><li>Monitor progress across design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and operational readiness.</li><li>Coordinate technical reviews, constructability reviews, and design integration activities.</li><li>Support management of stakeholder meetings and interface coordination.</li><li>Monitor contractor performance and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinate project reporting, executive dashboards, and action tracking.</li><li>Support implementation of project governance, quality management, HSE, risk management, and document control procedures.</li><li>Assist the Project Director in resolving technical, commercial, and operational issues.</li><li>Act for the Project Director during periods of absence as delegated.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Theme Park Engineering or related discipline. Demonstrated experience delivering major theme parks, entertainment destinations, integrated resorts, or leisure developments. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams. Experience with complex attractions, themed environments, or destination entertainment projects is highly desirable.
