The Contract Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and administering the end-to-end contract and tendering process for a wide range of organizational requirements, ensuring alignment with QAFAC's strategic objectives, procurement policies, and industry best practices. <p>People Dynamics is Hiring | Administrative Specialist<br> Location: Qatar<br> Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on Project and Performance)<br>We're looking for a proactive Administrative Specialist for our client to support day-to-day operations and ensure efficient coordination across business functions.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.<br>Prepare official correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.<br>Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes.<br>Monitor incoming and outgoing emails and official communications.<br>Archive documents in accordance with organizational policies.<br>Follow up on purchase requests, invoices, and pending payments.<br>Assist in preparing periodic reports and maintaining accurate records.<br>Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.<br>Enter and update data in ERP or other business systems.<br>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.<br>Monitor compliance with internal procedures and policies.<br>Prepare operational reports and statistical summaries.<br>Track advances and follow up on settlements.<br>Support contract administration and digital transformation initiatives.<br>Perform other administrative duties as assigned.<br>Requirements<br>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br>1–5 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.<br>Experience with ERP or business management systems is an advantage.<br>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<br>Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.<br>Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.<br>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.<br>Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar and available for immediate joining.</p><br>
