<li>Work in synergy with the Back of House, participating to the daily operations of the store and maintaining an organized stock room;</li>

<b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>Seeking an experienced Senior Architectural & Fire Life Safety Engineer with 10+ years of experience in architectural supervision, fire and life safety compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination on large-scale, mission-critical developments. The role will be responsible for overseeing architectural and fire safety implementation for data center projects, ensuring compliance with design requirements, Civil Defense regulations, applicable codes, and industry best practices.</p><br>Your role<ul><li>Lead architectural supervision activities for data center construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.</li><li>Monitor architectural finishes, building envelope, façade systems, and external works to ensure quality and compliance standards are achieved.</li><li>Review and inspect fire and life safety installations to ensure conformity with design intent, applicable codes, and Civil Defense requirements.</li><li>Verify proper implementation of fire-rated walls, compartmentation systems, fire stopping materials, penetration sealing, and smoke containment measures.</li><li>Review and monitor escape routes, emergency exits, egress provisions, and occupant safety requirements throughout construction.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, fire protection specialists, contractors, and authorities to resolve design and site-related issues.</li><li>Interface with Civil Defense and relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, testing, and certification requirements.</li><li>Review contractor submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, and method statements related to architectural and fire safety works.</li><li>Monitor façade and building envelope installations to ensure performance, constructability, and compliance with project specifications.</li><li>Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and compliance reviews, identifying non-conformities and recommending corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and fire protection systems to avoid clashes and interface issues.</li><li>Support testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and readiness assessments related to fire and life safety systems.</li><li>Prepare inspection reports, technical observations, snagging reports, and progress updates for project management and clients.</li><li>Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely closure of architectural and fire safety-related observations.</li><li>Support project handover activities, final inspections, authority approvals, and closeout documentation.</li></ul>About you<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent.
