Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><p><strong>Program start date: January 2027</strong></p><br><p><strong>Location: Doha, Qatar </strong></p><br><p><strong>About:</strong> <strong>Erada Program</strong> is Microsoft's program tailored for <strong>Qatari Nationals</strong>, aiming to accelerate Qataris employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment, and skilling programs.</p><br><p><strong>Program overview: </strong>Microsoft Erada Internship is <strong>a paid six-month training program</strong> that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.</p><br><p><strong>Program Details: The 6 months, full-time</strong> program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training)</p><br><p><strong>Phase one</strong>: <em>Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)</em></p><br><ul><li>Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.</li><li>Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.</li><li>Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.</li></ul><p><strong>Phase two:</strong> <em>On-the-job training (5 months)</em></p><br><ul><li>Joining as an <strong>Account Technology Intern</strong> for on-the-job shadowing and training.</li><li>Mentorship and coaching sessions.</li><li>Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.</li><li>Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Generates business insights based on data received from the customer and internal teams (e.g. community and ecosystem, account team), and from knowledge of the capability of Microsoft products, to provide input into planning processes.</li><li>Assists in the creation of fundamental, technical roadmaps, outlining the digital transformation journey and core wins, with help from others. Builds technical engagement or enablement plan, captures baseline, and drives envisioning.</li><li>Applies an understanding of the customer's business objectives and scenarios in conjunction with industry priority scenarios (IPS) or Microsoft solution areas to map through the sales plays.</li><li>Responds to opportunities presented by the customer, creates demand, and reports isolated problems or issues that the customer is experiencing.</li><li>Provides support to help drive account planning for budgeting, quota attainment, consumption goals, and customer consumption gaps to inform quarterly and fiscal objectives. Coordinates account teams and conducts forecasting and tracking of the business, as instructed. Execute tasks related to the technical portion of the account plans.</li></ul><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><br><ul><li>Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.</li><li>Qatari nationality.</li><li>Legally authorized to work in Qatar (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong></p><br><ul><li>Passion for technology and customer obsessed.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills. </li><li>Strong balance of both business and technical skills.</li><li>Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience is a plus.</li></ul><p>#EiP #MCAPSEiP </p><br> <br><p>This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.</p><br><br><br><p>Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
