<ul>
<li>Lead and manage the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and administration.</li>
<li>Develop HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and operational growth.</li>
<li>Oversee manpower planning and recruitment for farm operations, production, logistics, and support functions.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, internal policies, and health & safety regulations.</li>
<li>Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits in coordination with Finance.</li>
<li>Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution professionally.</li>
<li>Lead performance management processes including appraisals, KPIs, development plans, and succession planning.</li>
<li>Build employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve morale and productivity.</li>
<li>Manage and develop the HR team while supporting department managers on all people-related matters.</li>
<li>Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce planning for management review.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proven experience managing blue-collar and multinational workforces. Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor relations, and performance management.</li>
<li><strong>Languages:</strong> Fluent in Arabic and English. Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.</li>
<li><strong>Location:</strong> Qatar. Candidates currently based inside Qatar are preferred. Visa can be provided for qualified Jordanian candidates.</li>
<li><strong>Availability:</strong> Immediate or within 30 days preferred.</li>

</ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or HR certification is preferred.</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 8 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Mandatory experience within poultry production, agriculture, food manufacturing, FMCG manufacturing, or other labor-intensive industrial environments is highly preferred.</p><p></p></section>
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Employee Relations Officer to join our Human Resources team in Qatar. This role will support employee relations and HR operations activities, ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and experience managing government-related HR processes within Qatar.<br><br>Key Responsibilitie<br>s<br>Employee Relations & HR Operations Support daily employee relations activities and respond to employee inquiries professionally and confidentially. Assist in addressing employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within SAP HR systems. Generate HR reports, trackers, and workforce data analysis using Excel. Ensure proper filing, documentation, and compliance with company policie<br>s.<br>Employee Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end employee separation and offboarding processes. Coordinate employee clearance procedures with relevant departments. Prepare HR letters and official correspondence in both Arabic and Engli<br>sh.<br>Government Relations & Immigration Support Process QID applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations, and related documentation. Coordinate medical examinations, biometric appointments, and other government-mandated procedures. Liaise with Government Affairs teams and external authorities to ensure timely completion of employee transacti<br>ons.<br>Employee Benefits Administration Support employee medical insurance administration and related documentation. Assist with employee-related administrative processes and HR service deli<br>very.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or Government Rela<br>tions.<br>Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting & Analysis). Working knowledge of SAP HR and/or Success Factors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong reporting, documentation, and record management capabi<br>lities.<br>Skills & Competencies Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
