We are looking for an experienced Head of Learning & Development to join a leading organization in Qatar and lead the development and implementation of organization-wide learning and capability-building initiatives.<br>Key responsibilities include:Lead L&D strategy, training needs analysis and capability-building programs. Develop customized learning pathways, leadership development and succession-related programs. Manage external training providers, professional certification and compliance training. Oversee digital learning/LMS, onboarding programs and training effectiveness. The ability to coordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees through effective management and leadership to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. The ability to maintain control systems that will assure quality and portion consistency, monitor food shipments to ensure they meet established purchasing specifications as well and foster an awareness of the importance of food preparation and quality.
