This role is responsible for supervising kitchen operations during assigned shifts, supporting the development of the culinary team, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and contributing to the efficient operation of the kitchen.<br><br>Support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in the daily operation of the Nobu kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise kitchen employees during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support to maintain quality, consistency, and productivity. Assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of all menu items, ensuring they meet Nobu's culinary standards and presentation guidelines. Ensure cooking methods, portion sizes, recipes, and plating standards are consistently followed. Assist with recipe maintenance and costing through the Birch Street food and beverage ordering system as required. Take responsibility for designated sections of the kitchen and assume additional supervisory duties in the absence of the Sous Chef. Contracts Lead<br><br>Job Purpose<br><br>Lead role in the hands on post award contract management activities related to managing a multibillion EPCC contract, and contributing to the safe project delivery on time and on budget.<br><br>Major challenges include (1) Oversight of a large volume of critical contracts (2) Providing strategy and direction on complex contractual situations; (3) Staying abreast of dynamic market conditions, and (4) large interface across many departments within the area of responsibility. Mega LNG Capital Project execution in a dynamic environment. Operates in a multicultural, multinational environment, which requires professional conduct and proper office protocol. Drive or contribute to the implementation of best in class contract and project execution industry standards. <br><br>Key Job Accountabilities<br><br>Responsible for undertaking hands on Commercial and Contracting activities related to all aspects of post award contract management of the EPCC contract.
