About the Role<br><br>Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations within a [ward/unit/department] in its Doha facility. This is a senior clinical leadership position for a nursing professional who combines strong people-management skills with a track record of driving quality, safety and operational performance in an acute or specialist care setting.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the nursing team, ensuring safe staffing levels, appropriate skill mix and effective rostering. <br>Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care in line with hospital policy and international nursing standards (e.g. JCI). Act as a clinical and professional role model, supporting staff development, mentorship and competency assessment. Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and continuing professional development for nursing staff within the unit. Monitor and drive key quality and safety indicators, including infection control, incident reporting, patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
