Essential Responsibilities:<br><br>The designee is responsible for maintaining situational awareness of airfield activities and overall<br><br>responsibility for AMOPS section while on duty to provide a safe, efficient, and effective airfield environment for aircraft operations. Troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. Principal Accountabilities: Operationally checks repaired or modified systems for proper operation. Performs quality maintenance on assigned aircraft in accordance with federal aviation regulations, original equipment manufacturers, or military technical orders as specified in the statement of work instructions. Repair and replace aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and associated equipment. Read and interpret manufacturers' and maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Examine engines for oil leaks, and listens to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions. Inspect turbine blades to detect cracks or breaks. Test engine operation, using troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic test equipment, to identify source of malfunction. Replace or repair worn or damaged components using hand tools, gauges, and test equipment. Remove and install engine from aircraft. Disassemble and inspect parts for wear, warping, or other defects. Repair or replace defective engine parts and reassembles and installs engine in aircraft. Perform miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including flushing crankcase, cleaning screens, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes. May service engines and airframe components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition. May specialize in work, repair and modification of structural, precision, and functional spare parts and assemblies. May specialize in engine repair. Essential Responsibilities: Provides management service of airfield pavements and transportation infrastructure networks to enable the safe and efficient movement of people, equipment, aircraft, and material across the installation and airfield. Advise and assist in a portfolio-wide view of facilities and linear infrastructure at the highest level. Provide technical guidance to support the Heavy Pavements Sub-AMP, Pavements/Airfield Pavements Sub-AMP duties and responsibilities. Responsible for an asset lifecycle management portfolio containing all Air Force-owned roads, bridges, parking lots, curbs and gutters, traffic signals, signage, marking, sidewalks, walkways, rail systems, docks, final denial barriers (FDB), FDB control systems, FDB supporting safety systems and traffic management and planning. This AMP Manager s subject matter expertise shall lend itself to providing the Government with recommendations on how best to invest in the assets under their purview and align its efforts under four main lines of effort: Asset Visibility, Requirements, Planning, and Performance. Advise and assist the Government to ensure the asset inventory reflects sufficient level of detail to enable investment decisions. Advise and assist with the development of the Future Years Defense Program +3 (FYDP+3) for infrastructure pavements. Implement data standards for assets within respective portfolios and provide guidance to Sub-AMPs and the Built Infrastructure Assessment Team (BIAT) on which inventory to prioritize and advise on how often and when to conduct condition assessments. Integrate requirements from Sub-AMPs within their activity and identify target years for project development, design, and execution. Advise and assist on developing requirements which may be executed through organic Operations Flight labor or through projects managed in the Engineering Flight. When construction impacting the TNAP AMP is completed the TNAP AMP Manager will update the Pavements Condition Index in PAVER with no more than one (1) error per update. Must have an equivalent of an Air Force minimum 5 level or equal and 5 years experience in pavement maintenance and repair, asphalt paving, concrete paving, and pavement marking. Prior R&R experience preferred. Must be familiar with PAVER, serve as the engineering expert and liaison for the Traffic Safety Council, and work with the sub-AMP managers assigned to areas of TNAP responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the residence to exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards while ensuring privacy, discretion, and confidentiality at all times. This is a live-in position, and accommodation and meals will be provided. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning of bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize all household surfaces to VIP standards. Make beds and maintain guest rooms in pristine condition. Wash, iron, fold, and organize clothing, linens, and household textiles. Organize wardrobes, closets, storage areas, and household supplies. Handle delicate fabrics, luxury furnishings, antiques, and valuable household items with care. Replenish toiletries, cleaning materials, and household supplies. Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the residence. Assist with meal setup, table arrangements, and occasional hospitality duties when required. Follow cleaning schedules and special instructions from household management. Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly. Safeguard confidential information regarding the family and household operations. Support additional housekeeping duties as assigned. Child Care Experience is a must Requirements Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Housekeeper, or Room Attendant in a VIP residence, private household, luxury hotel, or palace. Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment. Experience handling luxury furniture, marble, wood finishes, and delicate materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Honest, reliable, and trustworthy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties. Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required. Basic English communication skills.
