<p>Accountable to ensure that department assigned field projects lifting engineering, coordination, plans, offshore mobilization etc. are conducted in accordance with approved Scope of Work, drawings, engineering design and safety, environment and standards &amp; specifications. Oversee and provide guidance/advice to contractor on all offshore heavy lifts and subsea installation activities to ensure that they are performed as per approved method statements complying with project schedule, quality, and material requirements. Manage and guide the contractor during engineering, review, comment and approve contractor's construction engineering documents in PDMS. Attend engineering workshops such as Constructability review, SIMOPS, Schedule Risk Analysis, 3D Model Reviews, HAZOP, Lifting Plan reviews and provide inputs to ensure that contractor conducts these workshops complying to requirements. Project focal point to manage all lifting activities including coordination with internal stake holders such as PTS, Operations and Project team and external stake holders such as Contractors, third party agencies etc. Participate in all engineering workshops during FEED and EPIC.
