Role: Rotating Equipment Engineer<br>The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for supporting rotating equipment engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery in line with project requirements, budget, schedule, quality standards, and applicable HSE and QA/QC requirements.<br>Key Responsibilities Mission Execute rotating equipment engineering activities in accordance with project requirements, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Job Scope The Cloud & AI Solutions Engineer is responsible for driving both pre-sales solution engineering and hands-on post-sales delivery across the full spectrum of Google Cloud technologies. This includes leading technical discovery, architecting enterprise Google Cloud landing zones, deploying production-grade cloud workloads, and designing and developing custom AI agents and generative AI solutions to drive customer modernization.<br>Main Duties and Responsibilities Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture:Co-lead technical discovery with the sales team, qualify client requirements, author RFP/RFI responses, and draft statements of work (SOWs). Design target-state enterprise architectures, cost estimations, and architectural migration blueprints on GCP. Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations and executive presentations to technical leads and C-level stakeholders. Cloud Infrastructure Delivery & Migration (Post-Sales):Architect, deploy, and automate enterprise-grade Google Cloud Landing Zones (organization hierarchy, IAM, VPC networking, security perimeters, and billing models). Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines using Terraform. Lead end-to-end workload migration and modern application deployment (compute engines, Google Kubernetes Engine / GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Spanner). Applied AI & Agentic Development:Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI Agents leveraging Vertex AI, Gemini models, and agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index, or Google Gen AI SDK). Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, grounding search, and enterprise tool-use/function-calling integrations. Develop functional Proof of Concepts (PoCs) demonstrating agentic workflows, document processing, and generative AI use cases during pre-sales and post-sales delivery.<br>Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial intelligence or any other related field<br>Experience4 to 6 years of technical engineering experience spanning cloud architecture, Dev Ops, and delivery (combining pre-sales and post-sales).1 to 2+ years of hands-on experience building applied generative AI solutions, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows.<br>Position Requirements Solution Architecture & Consultative Selling Hands-on Technical Agility & Troubleshooting End-to-End Delivery Accountability Translating Complex AI/Cloud Concepts to Business Value Required: Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Data Engineer. <p>Job Responsibilities: </p><br>
<p>Maintenance Sales: Scout, Track, creating leads, and sign Annual 3rd parties Maintenance Contracts in the Market. Inspect the Equipment, Estimate the Price, prepare the Contract Terms, Submit Contract and Negotiate Terms and Price and get the Contract Signed in an appropriate manner. Monitor Contracts signed and renew them prior to the Expiry. Work to attain 100% inclusion of all projects, where Company Products are employed, into Company's Maintenance Portfolio. Prepare and submit all internal Reports as required and follow up on the status regularly. Timely collection of all due payments and promoting the company's Good Name are also essential. Follow up all tenders (Public / Private) and prepare all related documents required.</p><br>
<p>Modernization Project Sales: Generate Enquires, Review Specifications, Select Suitable Solutions, discuss with the Technical team, Maintenance manager, Send Enquires to the pricing team, Prepare quotes Price and Specifications, prepare and submit technical & commercial offers including specification comparison, terms, and conditions, planned delivery lead time, communicate with the client/contractor/consultant or any other reliable source to get the target price, and shortcomings of company offer, explore and suggest possible ways to overcome the price difference and shortcomings and resubmit the offer in a timely manner, satisfying contract deliverables and collection of due amounts for the contracted project. Follow up all tenders (Public / Private) and prepare all related documents required.</p><br>
<p>General Sales Responsibilities: </p><br>
<p>Interact with clients (Business owners, buildings managers, real estate companies, facility managements, developers, building maintenance team.etc.) and make good rapport to get support in selecting company services & solutions for their projects, organize and conduct presentations & seminars to promote the company's products & services, liaise with clients, and make sure that company name are included in the vendor's/service provider's list of each project, meet targets set by the company time to time, prepare and submit all internal reports as required and follow up the status regularly. </p><br>

<li>Proactively develop and create customer relationships in all areas of responsibility</li>
<li>Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of the PIEC team</li>
<li>Document and maintain the customer and contact information in PIEC CRM System.</li>
<li>Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales target/ budget in line with pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base</li>
<li>Accountable for finding customer needs and proposing services & solutions matching with those needs</li>
<li>Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering/pricing tools</li>
<li>Validate that the contents of the contract and the order received from the customer are in line with the final offer and negotiation process outcome</li>
<li>Maintain full information of tenders, opportunities, tasks and visits, while keeping PIEC CRM up to date</li>
<li>Generates new opportunities from outside current customer base</li>
<li>Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM</li>
<li>Weekly/Monthly reporting and forecasting </li>
<li>Estimating, tendering and quoting small and large project submissions and actively following up</li>
<li>Develops PIEC service business market share, renewal rate, and position in your customer base and increase the 3rd party base as per target</li>
<li>Understand customer needs and requirements to capitalize on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts.</li>

<p>Elevator Design:</p><br>

<li>Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop customized elevator solutions based on client specifications for modernization projects</li>
<li>Utilize CAD software to create detailed design drawings and schematics, for modernization projects when required. </li>
<li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations in all design proposals for modernization projects.</li>
