Our IT division distributes and delivers cybersecurity, networking, and IT infrastructure solutions across Qatar through a partner and system integrator led sales model.<br>Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven IT BDM to own and grow our IT Distribution and Cybersecurity sales channel in Qatar. The primary focus of this role is channel sales — identifying, onboarding, and enabling system integrators (SIs), resellers, and IT partners to sell Simplix-distributed products including cybersecurity solutions, network switches, and related IT infrastructure. Beyond the distribution channel, this role requires the agility to work across Simplix's IT Managed Services and other departments, picking up project-based and cross-functional IT opportunities as they arise.<br>Product Portfolio• Cybersecurity solutions• Network switches & infrastructure.• IT Managed Services — infrastructure support, outsourced IT coordination• Additional products added as the distribution portfolio grows<br>Key Responsibilities Channel & Partner Sales• Identify, approach, and onboard system integrators, VAR partners, and IT resellers in Qatar• Build and maintain strong working relationships with SI partners to drive consistent product offtake• Conduct regular partner engagements — product briefings, joint client visits, and pipeline reviews• Support partners with technical specifications, commercial proposals, and pricing guidance• Represent Simplix and its vendor brands at partner meetings, industry events, and vendor sessions Direct Business Development• Prospect and engage end-user accounts in corporate, government, and semi-government sectors• Work with partners to develop and close project-based opportunities for cybersecurity and networking infrastructure• Track and manage a structured pipeline with clear stages, values, and close timelines• Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals and quotations Cross-Departmental IT Contribution• Support Simplix's IT Managed Services team in identifying and scoping project requirements from existing and new clients• Assist in generating project leads for other IT functions including managed services, staffing (IT resource outsourcing), and digital transformation• Coordinate internally between sales, delivery, and vendor teams to ensure smooth project handoff• Be responsive and flexible — this is a multi-tasking role and priorities will shift based on live opportunities Reporting & Coordination• Maintain up-to-date pipeline and partner activity records• Provide regular sales updates and forecasting to the Director• Coordinate with vendors for deal registration, pricing approvals, and partner support<br>Requirements• 3–6 years of IT sales experience in Qatar , preferably in distribution or channel sales• Solid understanding of cybersecurity products, network switches, and IT infrastructure solutions• Established contacts with system integrators, IT resellers, or IT project managers in Qatar is a strong advantage• Comfortable working in a multi-tasking, cross-functional environment — not limited to a single product or vertical• Strong commercial acumen — comfortable building proposals, negotiating margins, and closing deals• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage• Qatar driving licence required• Qatar residency or transferable visa required• Immediate joiners preferred<br>What We Offer• Direct access to decision-makers with fast deal cycles• A growing distribution portfolio• Base salary plus uncapped commission on channel and direct sales• Cross-exposure across all four Simplix service pillars with opportunities to grow into a senior role• A lean, entrepreneurial team where your contribution is visible and rewarded<br>How to Apply Send your CV and a brief note on your current IT sales portfolio to info@simplix.qa
