Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Communicate each day’s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building. <p>At Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar, maintain a system of purchase orders, receipts, invoices and cheque requests in order to promptly and adequately support, document and process for payment all hotel payables. Ensure that all vendors are paid according to the agreed terms and to Four Seasons policies and procedures.</p>

<li>Maintain alphabetical files by vendor containing complete invoices and backup attached to the cheques for efficient access after payment. All filing is to be kept current.</li>

<li>Process all Accounts Payable invoices and manual cheques through the computer system.</li>
<li>Complete wire authorization forms for wire transfer and ensure it is signed by two authorized signatories (from Groups A & B) and ensure all applicable backup supports the transfer.</li>
<li>Ensure all standing orders for electronic disbursements are approved in accordance with the normal payment procedures and signed by the cheque signatories.</li>
<li>A list of all standing orders for electronic disbursements should be maintained with details of date of payment, payee, amount and description of payment and at the beginning of each month in advance of the standing payment, this list should be routed to the cheque signatories for approval and a copy attached to bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Verify and process expense reports and petty cash reimbursements ensuring compliance with key controls.</li>
<li>Forward all stop payment and void cheques to the staff accountant / assistant director of finance for journalizing. Reconcile vendor statements as they are received, with reconciling items, including any correspondence from the vendor clearly indicated and resolve all discrepancies directly with the vendor.</li>

The Expert reviews the clarity and usability of visualizations, advises stakeholders on BI usage, and coordinates with the Data Science & ML Expert to incorporate analytical and AI outputs into BI solutions, including insights derived from e-invoicing data.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>BI Solutions & Reporting Systems</strong></p><ul><li>Develop business intelligence solutions and reporting systems in line with organisations analytical and reporting needs, with specific focus on e-invoicing performance, adoption, compliance, and operational monitoring.</li><li>Prepare consolidated business reports based on analytical outputs and monitor their consistency with defined metrics and structures, including standardized e-invoicing KPIs and indicators.</li></ul><p><strong>Dashboards, Visualizations & Presentation Models</strong></p><ul><li>Develop visual analytics tools and dashboards to support understanding and use of business data, including dashboards tracking e-invoicing registration, onboarding, invoice volumes, and processing outcomes.</li><li>Maintain and review presentation models used for reporting and visualization to ensure they remain aligned with business requirements, particularly for e-invoicing stakeholders and management reporting.</li><li>Develop user interfaces and front-end components that support the adoption of analytics and AI solutions across stakeholders, including intuitive views for monitoring e-invoicing operations and performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Data Analysis & Collaboration with Data Science</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze business data requirements and coordinate with the Data Science & ML Expert to align analytical outputs with BI solutions, including models and insights related to e-invoicing compliance, behavior, and trends.</li><li>Review dashboards and visualizations for clarity, usability, and alignment with analytical results and advise on enhancements, ensuring e-invoicing insights are clear, actionable, and decision-ready.</li></ul><p><strong>Ad-Hoc Reporting & On-Demand Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Generate ad-hoc analytical reports and visualizations in response to management, policy, operational, or regulatory requests, including time-sensitive e-invoicing reports related to rollout progress, performance issues, or compliance concerns.</li><li>Analyze ad-hoc reporting requests to clarify objectives, validate assumptions, and ensure outputs are aligned with approved e-invoicing metrics, definitions, and data sources</li><li>Present ad-hoc insights in a clear and structured manner to support rapid decision-making, issue resolution, and executive briefings, particularly during e-invoicing implementation and enhancement phases.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.</li><li>Master's degree in a related field is preferred.</li><li>Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.</li><li>16+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of BI solution design, reporting systems, and development of dashboards and visual analytics.</li><li>Proficiency in BI solution design, reporting, and data visualization.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Effective communication and coordination with business and technical stakeholders.</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration within data, AI, and BI teams.</li></ul>
