<ol><li><p>Coordinate with section engineers in reviewing CMMS project deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Assist section engineers in SAP PM Master Data IDB review and completion.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with CMMS Contractors on the project progress reports and Transmittals Log.</p></li><li><p>Work with section engineers to fully capture the asset integrity relevant master data through</p></li></ol><p>CMMS works.</p><ol><li><p>Collect data & populate Interim Data Base (IDB) for small sized in-house CMMS projects.</p></li><li><p>Perform necessary site validation for M.O assets as part of SAP Master Data updates in</p></li></ol><p>Master Data audits.</p><ol><li><p>Update Functional Location Data, Equipment Data, Maintenance Planning Data, Bill of</p></li></ol><p>Material Data and other related PM Master Data in SAP that are requested through e-SUR.</p><ol><li><p>Collect and Review Maintenance transactional data and historical data, which are relevant,</p></li></ol><p>significant to Mesaieed operations Maintenance Optimization activity.</p><ol><li><p>Verify that Equipment breakdown status & equipment history are properly populated in</p></li></ol><p>SAP.</p><p>10.Assist the Optimization engineers in carrying out optimization studies including</p><p>Maintenance Strategy optimization, FMEA/ACA in APMS tool.</p><p>11.Liaise with reliability section to assure that correct failure codes are assigned to M2</p><p>notifications.</p><p>12.Assist in preparing presentations, databases using MS access, and other computerized</p><p>formats and the like for system improvements and business improvements.</p><p>13.Assist the section engineer in preparation of business-related presentations and report</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ol><li><p>Education</p></li></ol><p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mech, Elect, Inst, or Ind) with good written and spoken</p><p>English.</p><ol><li><p>Experience</p></li></ol><p>a) Minimum of eight (8) years of plant maintenance experience in Oil & Gas Industry.</p><p>b) Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in preparing CMMS data for SAP R/3 system.</p><p>c) Good understanding on SAP PM Master data standards and it’s integrity levels.</p><p>d) Good Hands-on with Maintenance work notifications, work orders, confirmation Transactions</p><p>in SAP.</p><p>e) Hand on experience in Asset verification at site with ability in interpretation of engineering</p><p>drawings.</p><p>f) Good years of experience in creating SPIR/SPF and maintenance spare planning.</p><p>g) Good exposure in Reliability concepts and measures.</p><p>h) User level exposure in creating/updating/reviewing asset strategies in APMS tool.</p><p>i) Experience of participating in ACA/FMEA/RSA studies & workshops using APMS tool.</p><p>j) Good Understanding of processes covering Defect Elimination, Bad Actor Mgmt, Safety Critical</p><p>Elements identification and performance standardization.</p><p>k) Good exposure in Risk Based Work Selection and maintenance work prioritization.</p><p>l) Excellent record keeping skills and ability to perform document control functions.</p><p>m) Excellent data management skills using MS-Access and MS-office tools</p>
