<p><b>Job Purpose</b></p><p>The Keyloop Manager is responsible for the overall management, administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS) across the organization. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, Keyloop, and internal IT teams to ensure the system supports business operations effectively, remains stable and secure, and continues to meet evolving business requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><b>1. Integration & Technical Coordination</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate Keyloop integrations with other business systems, including Finance/ERP, BI, payment platforms, insurance systems, and other third-party applications.</li><li>Work with internal IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot integration issues.</li><li>Monitor data flow between Keyloop and integrated systems.</li><li>Support data accuracy and consistency across integrated platforms.</li></ul><p><b>5. User Support & Training</b></p><ul><li>Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Keyloop-related incidents and business issues.</li><li>Coordinate with the IT Service Desk to ensure Keyloop incidents are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved.</li><li>Support users in understanding Keyloop functionality and best practices.</li><li>Develop or coordinate user training, manuals, and system documentation.</li><li>Identify recurring user issues and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul><p><b>6. Data & Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data maintained within Keyloop.</li><li>Support management reporting and BI requirements related to Keyloop data.</li><li>Coordinate with BI teams to resolve data and reporting discrepancies.</li><li>Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and operational KPIs where required.</li><li>Monitor data quality and investigate inconsistencies between Keyloop and other systems.</li></ul><p><b>7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management</b></p><ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and Keyloop.</li><li>Manage vendor support tickets, escalations, SLAs, and outstanding issues.</li><li>Review vendor proposals, quotations, enhancements, and licensing requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Aftersales, Parts, HR, and other departments on Keyloop-related requirements.</li><li>Ensure vendor activities and deliverables are aligned with agreed requirements and timelines.</li></ul><p><b>8. ABOUT THE ROLE<br>A leading GCC-based diversified conglomerate is seeking a Corporate Business Development & M&A Director to lead the build-out of its TMT platform. The role is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, and greenfield investments across MENA, Central Asia, and frontier markets. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this is a senior principal role with full Board exposure.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES▸ Identify, propose and originate M&A opportunities aligned with Group strategy▸ Lead end-to-end deal execution — from thesis to Board approval to close▸ Structure and negotiate acquisitions, JVs, carve-outs and infrastructure transactions▸ Present investment cases to Board and Investment Committee▸ Build and manage a live M&A pipeline across Telecom, Cloud, and Digital Infrastructure▸ Lead cross-border due diligence, valuation, and contract negotiation▸ Manage external advisors — banks, legal counsel, and consultants<br>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR12+ years of M&A experience with a proven track record in Telecom & Technology deals Experience on the corporate/operator side AND/OR Investment Banking, PE, or Consulting — ideally both Demonstrated ability to independently originate, propose, negotiate and close deals Track record of winning Board or Investment Committee approval Cross-border deal experience — CIS, MENA, GCC, or emerging markets preferred Strong financial modelling skills — DCF, LBO, trading and transaction comparables Master's degree in finance, Business or equivalent; MBA / CFA is an advantage English fluent; Russian is a strong advantage
