Coordinate with Relationship Manager if designer clarification is needed. Report missing stock, damaged items, wrong prices, or quantity mismatches immediately. Ensure physical stock is handled carefully and not released without proper documentation.<br>Customer Service Ensure customers receive a professional and luxury experience. Handle normal store-level customer complaints. Escalate serious complaints, VIP matters, designer-related complaints, refund requests, or legal concerns to Relationship Manager, Head of Finance, and Owner when required. Ensure customer complaints are documented and resolved properly.<br>Reporting Verify daily sales reports. Check POS, cash, card, invoices, and sales staff reports. Report discrepancies to the Junior Accountant and Head of Finance. Submit weekly store reports including sales, staff issues, stock issues, complaints, and store supply needs.<br>IV. Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies The ideal candidate should have:3–5 years of retail management experience. Experience in luxury retail, fashion, modest fashion, abayas, perfume, beauty, or multi-brand retail is preferred. Strong leadership and staff management skills. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to manage sales targets and staff performance. Good understanding of stock movement and POS systems. High attention to detail. Overview<br><br>Seeking a Structural Engineer with 10+ years of experience in construction supervision and structural engineering for large-scale, mission-critical developments, including data centers. The role will be responsible for overseeing structural works, ensuring compliance with design requirements, quality standards, and seamless coordination with civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines throughout project delivery.<br><br>Your role<br><br>Supervise structural construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Inspect reinforced concrete works including foundations, pile caps, slabs, columns, beams, and structural walls. Review and monitor structural steel fabrication, erection, welding, and bolting activities. Verify installation of equipment plinths, steel platforms, equipment supports, and housekeeping pads for critical data center infrastructure. Other respected technical certifications (e.g., Professional Google Cloud Developer) are a plus.8-10+ years in software engineering and architecture, with at least 4+ years designing and building complex, cloud-native Saa S applications. Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), microservices, serverless architectures, Kubernetes, multi-tenant Saa S design, cloud networking (VPCs, load balancing), and solid foundational knowledge of cloud cybersecurity.
