Maintains level of main gas tanks and routine inspections. Able to install new equipment when necessary. Maintains all Kitchen, Refrigeration and Laundry equipment to ensure maximum efficiency. Maintains walk-in freezer temperature records as per Municipality requirement Keeps Kitchen mechanical rooms clean and in good order.
