<p><i>Job Description</i></p><p>Sales and account management: Develop and maintain a strong customer base, which includes managing existing client relationships and acquiring new business through site visits, networking, and lead generation from sources like online construction services and customer referrals.</p><p>Customer and project support: Act as a liaison between the client and the company, understanding project needs, providing technical support, offering product knowledge, and ensuring quality and service expectations are met.</p><p>Quoting and negotiation: Prepare price quotes for customers and negotiate sales terms and service agreements.</p><p>Logistics and coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of concrete, coordinate schedules, and monitor projects from start to finish.</p><p>Market intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry news that could influence sales and pricing.</p><p>Reporting: Track sales performance, report on jobs awarded or lost, and maintain market share information.</p><p>Safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while ensuring customer and regulatory compliance.</p><p><i><strong>Required skills and qualifications</strong></i></p><p>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</p><p>Knowledge of the construction industry and ready-mix concrete products and applications.</p><p>Experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, in the Local Market.&nbsp;</p><p>Proactive and adaptable to a constantly changing environment.</p><p>Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.</p>

<p>Structural Engineer (Kahramaa Project, Qatar) • Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. • Strong structural design experience is mandatory, particularly in the design of Thrust Blocks. • Immediate joiners with a valid Qatar ID (QID) are preferred. • UPDA certification is not mandatory, but candidates holding UPDA will be given preference.</p><p>• Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. • UPDA certification • Experience in Kharama project Strong structural design experience is mandatory, particularly in the design of Thrust Blocks.</p>
