Relevant experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. Experience supporting and coordinating the requirements of Oil & Gas sector customers. Knowledge of tender preparation, vendor registration, sales-order processing, and document-control requirements. Fluent written and spoken English. Excellent communication, business-writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Work closely with the Technical and Sales teams to maintain updated price lists. Prepare customer qualification files, vendor-registration documents, brochures, and other commercial documentation. Ensure proper document filing, version control, traceability, confidentiality, and timely retrieval. Collect and analyze the reasons for quotations and tenders being won or lost. Prepare relevant commercial reports and provide feedback to the Sales team. Use sales tools and systems effectively to record, monitor, and track opportunities, quotations, orders, and customer commitments. Prepare sales orders, invoices, credit-limit requests, and other related documentation. Coordinate delivery arrangements and follow up on customer payment collection. Maintain accurate and updated project and order-status records. Communicate progress, risks, assumptions, and decisions to the Sales team and customers. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, including customers within the Oil & Gas sector. Ensure compliance with customer-specific documentation, tendering, vendor-registration, and commercial requirements. Provide a positive customer experience throughout the quotation, order, delivery, and after-sales process. Document Control certification is required. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales Back Office, Sales Coordination, Tendering, or Commercial Support. Relevant experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. Experience supporting and coordinating the requirements of Oil & Gas sector customers. Knowledge of tender preparation, vendor registration, sales-order processing, and document-control requirements. Fluent written and spoken English. <p>The Project Manager is to provide planning, project design reviews, project management, construction management and other administrative duties as required by a USAF engineering contract. This position will be in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) and it is located at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Doha, Qatar. Essential Responsibilities: Provide planning, project design reviews, project management, construction management and other administrative duties as required by the contract. Will assist with the development and maintenance of the Installation Development Plan (IDP), District Plans, and Component plans IAW DAFI 32-1015 or successor publications and guidance, Integrated Installation Planning, and the Integrated Installation Planning Playbook. Provide site planning support services IAW DAFI 32-1015 and the Site Planning Playbook. Will gather and document existing site conditions through the Comprehensive Planning Platform (CPP) following the format provided by the Customer.
