We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Leasing & Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Department. This role is responsible for driving the leasing and commercial utilization of our warehouse facilities by identifying business opportunities, securing new tenants, and building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving occupancy, revenue, and business growth targets while supporting the company's commercial expansion. Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies to maximize warehouse occupancy and revenue. Identify and engage prospective tenants, including logistics companies, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and other businesses requiring warehouse space. Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations while preparing proposals and lease offers. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth lease execution, tenant onboarding, and operational readiness.
