You are the name the client trusts and the person our production teams deliver to.<br>Responsibilities Own the client relationship end to end: weekly operations meetings, priorities, escalations, and satisfaction Lead monthly content-calendar planning and walk it through review, amendments, and written approval Receive and triage incoming requests, brief the right internal team, and track every job against agreed turnaround times — including tight same-day deliverables around events Manage the approval cycle in both directions: client feedback consolidated for our teams, our work packaged and presented for sign-off Run trackers, logs, and documentation to government standard: every request, change, and decision recorded Present monthly performance reports in person and turn their findings into next month's plan Coordinate on-the-ground needs around events: coverage requests, permits, access, and delivery timing Uphold brand, national identity, and cultural standards across everything that ships<br>Requirements10+ years in account, client, or project management on the agency or communications side Proven experience with government or semi-government entities in Qatar; you know how institutional decisions move, and you have the patience and precision they require Native-level Arabic and strong professional English: you draft, present, and negotiate in both Long-term presence in Qatar; you know the market's people, sensitivities, and rhythms Comfortable being embedded part-time at a client's offices and representing the agency there daily Immaculate organization: calendars, forms, response times, and documentation are your habitat<br>Preferred Experience with social-media-heavy accounts (content calendars, community management, monthly analytics) Experience coordinating photo/video coverage of official events under tight delivery windows Familiarity with formal Arabic correspondence and government communication etiquette
