<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the company's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, SAP environment, and network systems. The role also provides basic technical support for IP-based CCTV and security systems, working closely with specialized vendors when required. <p><strong>Primary Functions</strong></p><ul><li>To co-ordinate and supervise the activities of the foremen and his crew on the project.</li><li>Must ensure compliance with HSE, Quality and Ethics policy and attached roles and responsibilities</li></ul><p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>To set and apply standards of SAFETY, ETHICS and QUALITY to comply with procedures and take action/s where Procedures and policy are not met and rectify/report immediately.</li><li>To be capable of communicating fluently with Crew, Foremen, Superintendent and all others with whom he liaises.</li><li>Be capable of reading and understanding drawings, project specifications and procedures. and be capable of taking the correct remedial actions. (Wherever Applicable).</li><li>To be conversant with the specific standards applicable to the project / area of work.</li><li>To be capable of looking four weeks ahead in planning of work for the project utilize the project current plan for planning for future work.</li><li>Provide his Foremen with drawings, WPS and information require to do the work efficiently, productively and safely.</li><li>Interface with the production engineer to ensure material is available for the planned work.</li><li>To ensure Proper tools and equipment’s are available and they are utilized efficiently, productively and safely.</li><li>To utilize the overall project / area plan(s), milestone dates, yard layouts and construction drawings to understand the overall view of the project and or his area of responsibility.</li><li>Have an overall view and understanding of the project completion including but not limited to construction methodology, fab sequence and milestone dates.</li><li>Forecast resources required for the planned work ahead (Manpower, Equipment&#x27;s etc.)</li><li>To be able to conduct meeting with those reporting to him in an organized manner.</li><li>To set targets of production for each of those directly reporting to him, targets for Foremen.</li><li>To be able to communicate supports services in the yard, QC & NDT.</li><li>Provide written instruction where necessary to those directly reporting to him.</li><li>Drive the team to achieve progress, productivity, safety and quality.</li><li>Know and understand the estimated man-hours on the work packs, maintain man-hours booking within estimate and provide weekly progress to production engineers.</li><li>Take actions where standards and targets are not met.</li><li>Where necessary refer quality / progress/ productivity issue to his superintendent and provide recommendation for improvement</li><li>Address any issue of poor quality/ productivity and act where appropriate.</li><li>Report area of poor performance and provide recommendation for improvement.</li><li>Provide accurate feedback to Superintendent.</li><li>Ensure CIR (Computer Input Request) submitted and RFI (Request for Inspection) are raised on timely manner.</li><li>Conduct TBT with crew, conduct safety walkthrough and address any issue of safety, check HIT process.</li><li>Review TRA with his foremen when require and ensure it is discussed with his crew.</li><li>Maintain good housekeeping on his work area. Promote BBSM process and be responsible for his team’s safety.</li><li>Lead by example and make sure company policies and procedures are followed.</li><li>Ensure proper plan of storage of welding consumable to eliminate any chance of welding consumable mix up and wrong selection.</li><li>Interface with F&M department to ensure timely calibration of welding machines.</li><li>Interface with Welding engineers to qualify WPS, welders for specific project.</li><li>Proper planning of qualifications in welding school to meet project requirements</li></ul><p>Other Expectations:</p><ul><li>Promote implementation of QHSES initiatives and drive achieving objectives</li></ul><br/><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Education Qualification and Experience</strong></p><p><strong>Education:  </strong>High School Diploma Level</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in Offshore Construction industry</li><li>Has an exposure to a multidiscipline work environment.</li><li>Must understand governing code requirements and be able to interpret and apply project specification</li></ul>

<p>Should be very capable person, well versed in all aspects of Industrial waste management, having adequate experience in identifying, inspecting, handling and disposing of various hazardous wastes and chemical generated in a Gas/Oil/Petrochemical/Chemical plants. Hands-on experience of safe neutralizing methods of equipment installed in large Oil/Gas operating plant. </p><br><p>Purpose of Scope: </p><p>Provides interface between company representative and his own Industrial waste handling and housekeeping crew. Responsible for Housekeeping Services fully in accordance with contract requirement. May have to work in shift as and when required. </p><br><p>Duties Performed:</p><p>-Understanding of COMPANY Industrial Waste handing requirement. </p><p>-Management of Industrial waste disposal yard. Segregation of Industrial disposable and non-disposable wastes as per COMPANY and RLIC Environment policy and procedures.</p><p>-Liaises with waste transporting CONTRACTORs. Follow all the statutory and Government regulations with regard to Waste disposal. </p><p>-Ensures provision of materials and equipment/tools required undertaking assigned work. Inventory management for stock of material on the basis of COMPANY's envisaged work. </p><p>-Liaise with relevant personnel in the operations and Safety and Environment Departments to obtain details of waste and methods of disposal. Informs the COMPANY Supervisor of the planned duration of such work. Undertakes this work according to planned work schedules and priorities with recommended PPE. </p><p>-Provides necessary safety instructions, on the job explanations to waste handlers about the hazards involved. </p><p>-Compiles a report on work as directed by the COMPANY Supervisor. </p><p>-Performs related duties as assigned. </p><p>-Participate in the development and implementation of COMPANY's Environment management objectives for continuous improvement (ISO 14001 services) </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>-Completion of technical secondary education (12 Years) or equivalent. Plus Technical Trade competence in Engineering or Industrial Waste management. </p><p>-5 to 7 Years Chemical and Waste handling experience in Live Petrochemical Industrial, including 3 to 4 Years supervisory experience. </p><p>-Excellent knowledge of written, reading and spoken English. </p><p>-QATARI driving license. </p><p>-Safety Orientation and Training. </p>

<p>Technical Knowledge :</p><p>-Electrical LV systems: MDB, SMDB, DB, cabling, containment, earthing, lighting and power..</p><p>-ELV systems: Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Data/Telephone, BMS etc.</p><p>-Plumbing: Water supply, drainage, sewage and stormwater.</p><p>-HVAC systems: DX, VRF/VRV, chilled water, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and exhaust.</p><p>-Fire Fighting: Sprinkler, hose reel, fire pump and associated systems.</p><p>-Testing & Commissioning.</p><p>-MEP coordination with architectural, structural and civil works.</p><p>-Builders' works associated with MEP.</p><p>-Reading IFC drawings, specifications and BOQ.</p><p>-Shop drawings and coordinated MEP drawings.</p><p>-Material submittals and technical datasheets.</p><p>-Method Statements and ITPs.</p><p>-RFIs and technical queries.</p><p>-As-built drawings and O&M manuals.</p><br><p>Software :</p><p>-AutoCAD – essential</p><p>-MS Office – essential</p><p>-Revit MEP – preferred</p><br><p>Qatar Authority Coordination :</p><p>Should understand and coordinate requirements involving, as applicable:</p><p>-KAHRAMAA — electricity and water</p><p>-Qatar Civil Defence / MOI — Fire & Life Safety</p><p>-Ashghal — where infrastructure/public works interfaces are involved</p><p>-Municipality/building permit requirements</p><p>-Telecom/service providers where applicable</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education :</p><p>-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.</p><p>-Engineering degree/certificates should be attested where required in Qatar.</p><p>-Registration with the relevant Qatar engineering/professional registration authority may be required depending on the project, consultant, position and contractual requirements. Ashghal project documentation, for example, has required project engineers to be professionally registered in Qatar.</p><br><p>Experience :</p><p>-Minimum 5–8 years total experience in building/construction MEP works.</p><p>Previous experience in villas, residential/commercial buildings, hotels or similar projects depending on your company scope.</p>
