<p>Ensures brand standards have been implemented. Ensures that all the Food and Beverage Essentials are implemented. Responds to the results of the consumer audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented. Works closely with other Outlet associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the residences and the satisfaction of residents. Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in the spirit of We work through Teams . Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies as required. Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverage to guests according to the established sequence and procedures. Presents menu, answers enquiries, and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage, and service to restaurant guests. Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course. Fully conversant with all aspects of the Micros System. Computes bill and accepts payment. Performs the function of cashier as required. Verifies cash received ensuring only genuine money been collected. Verifies all credit cards presented by guest before to validity of the card. Strictly adheres to all policies and procedures issued by the Finance Department regarding cashiering and cash handling. Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives. From time to time, assist the Residences Butler team in their duties. Tasks may include setting up the Residences and helping Residents with various requests in their residence. Participate in the planning, organization and execution of weekly and monthly events, activities, and gatherings created for residents. Train team members on processes, SOPs, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.</p><p>Comply and adhere to the Rosewood company policies. Take on other tasks in addition to the ones stated, in a reasonable framework. Be a brand ambassador at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity are always maintained. Model the company s culture, vision, mission, and core values at all times. Appear as a role model to Residences department. Check cleanliness and condition of bar unit (C02 lines, soda tanks, soda guns, drain, etc.). Check condition and cleanliness of blender, shaker and other tools. Check the temperature of refrigeration units. Ensure all out of stock items have been issued in the correct format. Ensure all stocks have been brought from cellars in the appropriate manner and time. Take instructions from your supervisor, anticipate their requirements. Control and manage your section. Serve within the structure of the order of service. Respond to any menu/drinks queries with knowledgeable answers. Ensure that individual Mise en Place for each order is known and placed on table. Understand guests to be prioritized - SAGs unhappy guests, regulars etc. Ensure your working environment remains clean and tidy. Ensure the guests needs come first. React promptly and deal with any issues, complaints, breakages, spillages in the correct manner. Communicate any unresolved issues to the supervisor. Provide a consistent positive attitude when dealing with other associates. To provide excellent teamwork to assist others. Ensure the bar is re-stocked and rubbish is removed. Re-establish MEP requirements. Ensure everything is left clean and tidy. Report any outstanding issues to the Supervisor/Head Bartender/Bar Manager. Follow closing procedures precisely. <div data-jb-field="skills">Job Responsibilities<br><br> * Perform diagnostic tests to identify vehicle malfunctions and accurately determine the root cause of issues.<br> * Conduct inspections of vehicles to assess their condition and identify potential future problems.<br> * Repair and replace malfunctioning or worn-out components, parts, and systems, such as engines, brakes, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical systems.<br> * Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.<br> * Conduct thorough vehicle system checks to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.<br> * Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment to aid in troubleshooting and identifying complex issues.<br> * Collaborate with other team members to exchange knowledge and insights on repair techniques and best practices.<br> * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly handled and stored.<br> * Collaborate with the parts department to source and order necessary replacement parts and materials.<br> * Keep up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair work performed on vehicles, including detailed notes on repairs, parts used, and labor hours.<br> * Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.<br> * Assist and provide guidance to less experienced mechanics or apprentices when needed.<br> * Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials, such as used oil, coolant, and batteries, in accordance with environmental guidelines.<br> * Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately and timely.<br> * Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating vehicle concerns and repair recommendations.<br> * Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department<br>
