<p>The Project Manager will be accountable for turning public payment strategy and capabilities into successful, scalable programs for governmental entities in Qatar. The role requires a strong combination of project management, payments knowledge, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution discipline, with the ability to operate effectively across a complex public-sector ecosystem.
