<p>Ensure the implementation of all Hospital Facility projects. This includes supervision, monitoring, organizing and implementation of project activities. Responsible for the Hospital Engineering Equipment maintenance and inventory.</p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>(Including but not limited to): Monitoring project activities related to engineering scope of work.</li><li>Review projects by determining project specifications, design, customer requirements, and performance standards.</li><li>Monitor on-going activities, review the project schedule, and revise the schedule as required.</li><li>In collaboration with the project manager organize and arrange all manpower with appropriate skills necessary to carry out all project activities.</li><li>Monitor project contractors according to the established policies and practices of the Hospital and SFM /AZF Logistics policies.</li><li>Supervise and approve contractor s completed jobs and other subcontractor s jobs.</li><li>Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with other team leaders and departments.</li><li>Execute the project according to the project plan.</li><li>Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.</li><li>Establish a communication systems, civil works, mechanical jobs, electrical jobs, plumbing, carpentry, etc.</li><li>Maintenance records of Inventory engineering equipment in Asset plus database.</li><li>Manage equipment Service Contracts, warranty compliance and department SLA s.</li><li>In collaboration with project manager, develop policies and procedures for the Hospital engineering section.</li><li>Prepares technical specifications, tender review and evaluation for the purchase of new engineering equipment and projects.</li><li>Commissioning and installation of newly purchased hospital engineering equipment.</li><li>Liaises with finance to finalize annual budgets.</li><li>Produce weekly, monthly, and annual reports for Hospital Project Manager.</li><li>Assume or accept any other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor within the position role and responsibility.</li></ul><p>Job Specific Skills:</p><ul><li>Bachelor s degree in electrical, electronics, or biomedical engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Additional supplementing equipment specific training provided by recognized training organizations including manufacturers or training centers is an added
