<p> The Resident Engineer shall provide day-to-day IT operational support, infrastructure administration, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, user assistance, and coordination with the organization's IT management and relevant vendors. The engineer will support the organization's end-user computing environment, network infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, security systems, servers, backup systems, telephony, and other IT infrastructure.
