Job Title: Expediting Assistant (Freight)<br>Position Overview:Expediting Assistant (Freight) will be an integral part of Company logistics team, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials to support marine operations. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, Logistics Expediting Assistant will play a crucial role in coordinating with Company Inventory Warehousing & Logistics ( IWL ) team, Suppliers, Company Marine procurement team, NSQL fleet stakeholders , External 4PL logistics vendors , Destination Vessel Agents for expediting the shipments to meet operational deadlines.<br>Key Responsibilities:Shipment Planning Communicate with Company Inventory Warehousing & Logistics ( IWL ) team, Suppliers, Company Marine procurement team, NSQL fleet stakeholders , External 4PL logistics vendors , Destination Vessel Agents regarding orders and coordinate delivery schedules. Maintain strong relationships with 4PL logistics service providers and negotiate favourable delivery terms and agreements. Shipment Tracking & Coordination:Track the movement of shipments from suppliers to final destination points. ( Company Ras Laffan Warehouse , 4PL Logistics Vendors consolidation warehouse , Destination vessel agents) Coordinate with 4PL Logistics Vendors and carriers to optimize transportation routes at optimum cost and minimize transit times.
