Purpose of the Job<br>Phillips Page Associates (PPA) is a growing international consultancy specialising in Mission Critical Infrastructure and Data Centre Engineering, delivering complex MEP, ICT and Security design solutions across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.<br>PPA is building a permanent, full-time, site-based Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team in Qatar to support its growing mission-critical project portfolio.<br>The Project Manager leads the PMC team on site and holds full accountability for project delivery – scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety – acting as the & Risk Management<br>· Oversee the master project programme and critical path, ensuring the Planning Engineer's outputs are accurate and actionable.· Monitor progress against key milestones and
