The role converts operational needs into defined scopes, coordinated designs, executable work programmes and completed works, with particular emphasis on live-site investigation, stakeholder coordination, field supervision, change control and close-out. The initial focus will include major external traffic-flow, access, parking and internal vehicle-routing initiatives, together with associated wayfinding and signage reorganization. AutoCAD production and stewardship of the Place Vendome (PVQ) drawing archive are essential supporting duties, while the primary accountability remains successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Delivery

Take assigned projects from brief through feasibility, design, procurement, implementation, testing, handover and close-out. Prepare clear project briefs, scopes of work, deliverables, responsibility matrices, programmes, budgets, risk registers and approval schedules. Prepare marked-up drawings, sketches, technical details, quantities and presentation material to communicate requirements and support approvals. Ensure proposed works address applicable codes, HSE requirements, accessibility, fire and life safety, mall standards, permits and authority requirements. Plan work in occupied areas with appropriate permits, isolations, logistics, protection, housekeeping and reinstatement controls.

4. AutoCAD and Drawing-Archive Stewardship

Use AutoCAD proficiently to prepare or revise site plans, circulation layouts, signage plans, coordination drawings and as-built records. Administer the PVQ drawing archive, drawing register, folder structure, naming conventions, metadata, revision control, issue status and access permissions. Maintain a controlled distinction between concept, review, approved-for-construction and as-built information, preventing obsolete drawings from being used.
