<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <strong>Primary Purpose of the Job</strong><br><p>The purpose of the Organizational Effectiveness Analyst role is to design and implement an effective organization through jointly optimizing, governance, processes, jobs, structures, competencies and people to achieve QatarEnergy’s strategic objectives.</p><br> <br><strong>Required Experience and Skills</strong><br><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Organization Design and/or Change Management, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.</li><li>Motivated and self-driven able to lead teams and shape opinions towards new practices and new ways of working with proven track record.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, interpersonal, negotiating, conflict management, coaching and mentoring skills.</li><li>Excellent client relationship skills and able to work smoothly with executives both internal and external to QatarEnergy.</li><li>Experienced in project management and business modelling/engineering, preferably with technical writer skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Knowledge of organization dynamics, motivational theories and systems thinking.</li></ul> <br><strong>Educational Qualifications</strong><br><p>Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis and/or in the other related fields.</p><br> </div>

This department is highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. The team is a blend of the best analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists in the world. The marketing leadership at Agoda has deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and other marketing fields and has built an organization that thrives on data, creative ideas, and technology. The Performance Marketing Team also fosters a great learning environment. You will be able to learn and grow by working closely with experts from a variety of backgrounds from all over the world.<br><br>Due to continued expansion, there are multiple analyst roles within the marketing team across different marketing channels. While the scope will vary depending on these channels, here are some examples:<br><br>Experimentation and optimizing campaign performance: Experiment with ads/campaign structures and bidding& pricing strategies on partners such as Google, Bing, Trip Advisor, Trivago, and other search engines. Adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests.
