<p>This role primarily involves working overnight shifts and is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during night hours. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Acting as the senior leader on duty throughout the night, you are responsible for maintaining exceptional guest experiences, overseeing overnight operations, and ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of guests and employees at all times.</p>

Job Summary <br> <p>The incumbent will implement proper procedures in obtaining, preparation and finalization of legal documentation and other supporting documents in form and substance adhering to highest industry and market standards, which are essential for completing a loan application package for business units in HO and International Branches The incumbent will ensure necessary approvals are in place prior to execution of such documents in accordance with the QNB Group’s policies / procedures and pertinent regulatory requirements.</p><br> <br> <br><br> Main Responsibilities <br> <p>A. Shareholder & Financial - - - - - - - </p><br><p>Ensure strict confidentiality (on a need to know basis only within QNB Risk Division) with regards to customer and </p><br><p>deal data and information handled by the Department / Unit. </p><br><p>Provide high level quality support and advice on all aspects of documentation matters to Business Units. </p><br><p>Coordinate with Unit Head on ways to enhance from time to time the on-going process and spot weakness points </p><br><p>within the unit and set plans to improve it. </p><br><p>Implements KPI’s and best practices for International Credit Documentation. </p><br><p>Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise </p><br><p>benefits for the bank. </p><br><p>Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent. </p><br><p>Comply with all policies, procedures, and guidelines of QNB, QCB and other relevant regulatory authority. </p><br><p>B. Customer (Internal & External): - - - - - - - - - - </p><br><p>Conduct the necessary checks and balances pertaining to documentation and limit inputs/ updates (to be carried </p><br><p>out by Credit Operations) prior to authorizing disbursement of funds/ utilization of facilities to safeguard the Group </p><br><p>interest. </p><br><p>Maintain open communication with customers, managers in loan department and relevant third parties to ensure </p><br><p>proper and timely processing and submission of all applications / documents for processing. </p><br><p>Conduct smooth operations of the unit by ccoordinating activities with relevant banking units to ensure the efficient </p><br><p>and timely processing of documentation requirements and ensure performance of required tasks, meeting of </p><br><p>stated specifications and standards, and adherence to the Turnaround Times (TAT), as specified in the SLAs. </p><br><p>Provide high level quality support and advice on all aspects of documentation matters to Business Units. </p><br><p>Coordinate with Unit Head on ways to enhance from time to time the on-going process and spot weakness points </p><br><p>within the unit and set plans to improve it. </p><br><p>Conduct the duties of the VP - International Credit Documentation in his absence and during his annual leaves. </p><br><p>To assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests. </p><br><p>Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve </p><br><p>improvements in turn-around time. </p><br><p>Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives. </p><br><p>Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required. </p><br><p>C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory): - - - - - - - </p><br><p>Adhere to QNB Group’s policies and procedures particularly Credit Administration’s guidelines for documentation </p><br><p>& loans process. </p><br><p>Preparation and review of facility documentation ensuring that they meet credit decisions/ requirements prior to </p><br><p>disbursal. </p><br><p>Recommendation to VP International Credit Documentation to approve or decline withdrawals from approved </p><br><p>limits upon request. </p><br><p>Prepare and review the mortgage and pledged assets in a way of security for country branches and relationship </p><br><p>managers and the release request of collaterals </p><br><p>Review Finance and Security documents perfection for International Corporate and Cross border Branches prior </p><br><p>to any drawing (applies for International unit) </p><br><p>Report significant issues to Head of Unit and conduct meetings to discuss pending cases with the Unit Head. </p><br><p>Assure of meeting existing country laws and regulations regarding all collaterals and the legality of documents </p><br><p>used in coordination with the legal department, International Branches and External Lawyers, if any.</p><br><p>D.
