KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br>Directs, coaches, supports, supervises, and evaluates (with the Sous Chef) all direct reports. Must have excellent food knowledge and a full understanding of culinary terms. Must be able to read, understand, follow, and prepare company recipes by maintaining the quality and consistency in taste according to the instructions provided by the corporate office. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults. Repair batteries, motors, controllers, brakes, steering, suspension, and lighting systems. Conduct routine inspections and safety checks. Replace defective parts and components. Maintain charging systems and battery health. Keep maintenance records and service reports updated. Ensure vehicles are clean, operational, and available for daily use. Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency repair requests. Follow workplace safety and manufacturer guidelines.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. Experience in golf cart, buggy, or small vehicle maintenance. Knowledge of electric vehicle systems and battery troubleshooting. Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Role Overview<br>Reporting to H&S manager, this role is responsible for assisting implementation and driving improvement of HSE management system across circuit operations and major events, whilst ensuring compliance with legal and sporting requirements, where applicable.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Conduct HSE inspections, risk assessments and safety observations. Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) activities and contractor compliance. Investigate incidents, near misses and hazards, including root cause analysis. Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings. Support fire safety inspections and emergency preparedness. Maintain HSE records, corrective actions and performance reports. Support event readiness and on-site safety monitoring.<br>Requirements<br>Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field. NEBOSH International General Certificate – mandatory. IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent certification. Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience. Experience with incident investigation, risk assessment, contractor safety and PTW systems. Experience in major events, motorsport, construction, entertainment venues or other high-risk operational environments is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event periods.<br>Additional Requirements<br>Currently based in Qatar with a valid Residence Permit (QID).
