We are seeking experienced Development Engineers – Aircraft Technical Support to support aircraft maintenance programmes, technical documentation, configuration management, and continuing airworthiness activities while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and aircraft manufacturer standards.<br>Key Responsibilities:Provide engineering support for aircraft maintenance programmes and continuing airworthiness activities. Prepare, review, and maintain engineering documentation, engineering orders, and technical records. Support engineering change management and configuration control. Review aircraft manuals, Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and other engineering publications. Ensure compliance with EASA, ICAO, and aircraft manufacturer requirements. Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Quality, and Engineering teams to support aircraft reliability and operational readiness. Support engineering activities in Systems, Avionics, or Cabin Engineering.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.3–5 years of experience in Aircraft Technical Support, Continuing Airworthiness (CAMO), or Aircraft Engineering Services. Hands-on experience in Systems, Avionics, or Cabin Engineering within a commercial aviation environment. Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance programmes, engineering documentation, and technical records. Working knowledge of EASA, ICAO, and aircraft manufacturer requirements. Experience with the Airbus A320 Family or equivalent commercial aircraft is highly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
