<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ol><li><p><strong>Preparation:</strong> Measure and prepare sub-surfaces properly before installation to ensure a secure, flat, and enduring bond.</p></li><li><p><strong>Cutting &amp; Shaping:</strong> Cut, shape, and smooth marble or stone pieces to exact measurements using power wet saws, grinders, and hand tools.</p></li><li><p><strong>Alignment &amp; Leveling:</strong> Ensure all stone slabs are leveled, perfectly spaced, and aligned symmetrically according to blueprints.</p></li><li><p><strong>Finishing Work:</strong> Apply adhesives, mortar, or specialized cement. Fill joints with grout or sealants, and execute polishing or crystallization to achieve a high-luster finish.</p></li><li><p><strong>Material Care:</strong> Handle, transport, and load delicate stone materials with extreme caution to prevent chipping, cracking, or breakage.</p></li><li><p><strong>Safety &amp; Maintenance:</strong> Keep all work areas clean and maintain power tools and equipment in good, safe working condition. </p></li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience specifically as a Marble Fixer, Tile Setter, or Stone Mason. </p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> Deep understanding of natural stone characteristics, standard marble fabrication, joint alignments, and both wet and mechanical anchoring techniques. </p></li><li><p><strong>Blueprint Reading:</strong> Ability to read and interpret basic structural layouts, floor plans, and architectural dimension drawings. </p></li><li><p><strong>Physical Stamina:</strong> Excellent physical fitness, agility, and stamina required for bending, kneeling, lifting, and handling heavy stone materials. </p></li><li><p><strong>Detail-Oriented:</strong> Exceptional spatial awareness, mathematical alignment skills, and an eye for color blending or pattern matching (book-matching). </p></li></ul><p></p></section>
