JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVEHands-on responsibility for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Cyber Security inclusive of protection, detection, response, and recovery for Windows-based operating systems and network levels 0 through 3.5 as per ISA/IEC 62443. Ensure compliance with company standards for both networked and standalone ICS/OT devices. Develop, enhance, and maintain the company’s ICS Cyber Security capabilities through adoption of the ISA/IEC 62443 standards and supporting tools (e.g. vulnerability assessment, IPS, SIEM, etc.). 4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESRoutine Duties Establish a Cybersecurity management system and framework for the company. Develop and implement necessary Cybersecurity standard/policy/procedure/risk assessment framework. Plan and facilitate internal/external audits to identify the ICS Cybersecurity gaps and vulnerabilities. Manage patch deployment for Windows devices in network levels 0 through 3.5 as well as standalone devices. Identify obsolete Operating Systems (OS) and plan for necessary upgrades through vendor consultation. Consolidate standalone devices (e.g., laptops used for PLC configuration). Prepare for the company’s internal ICS audit by completing configuration review sheets for all workstations, servers, switches, firewalls, and routers in the OT environment. Correct deficiencies and document deviation/remediation plans. Prepare for the company’s internal ICS audit by participating in and documenting compliance of all workstations, servers, switches, firewalls, and routers in the OT environment with company policies and procedures. Participate in the design of cyber solutions for the OT environment (e.g. SIEM, IPS, ATP). Monitor patch deployment, anti-virus, SIEM, IPS, ATP and related systems and respond/investigate alerts. Perform detailed, post event analysis of cyber events, and direct needed Incident response procedures. Perform detailed technical analysis of industrial control systems (ICS) and cyber security controls. Participate in vulnerability assessments and administrative audits on client computer systems and network devices considering the sensitivity of operational technology testing. Identify cyber security gaps and recommend mitigation strategies to address gaps. Maintain knowledge of the cyber security capabilities of operating systems, networking devices, control systems, and vendor offerings. Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures, and products. Resolve technical issues considering operating impact and be able to communicate issue resolutions to OT organizations. Secure operational technology networks. Design comprehensive technical solutions that meet compliance requirements and implement the appropriate software to mitigate critical security risks (e.g., system and antivirus software, encryption modules, patch management programs, insider threat protection, incident response plans, forensic capabilities, and regulation compliance). Lead collaboration efforts with other cyber security experts on team to develop well-constructed approaches to ICS risk management, mitigation, and monitoring strategies. Responsible for securing systems running ICS-related communications protocols (e.g., MODBUS, PROFIBUS, etc.). Develop simulated ICS environments within a virtual infrastructure. Participate in MOC / PSSR process. Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures Maintain a working knowledge of applicable cyber security standards including those relating to process networks. Provide input to the planning, design, development and implementation of technical controls, procedures and policy associated with compliance to regulatory requirements, cyber security guidance, and standards. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices in order to increase productivity and operational efficiency. Implement all relevant Section’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment Ensure compliance with Life Critical Procedures, Tenets of Operations, Consent to Operate, plant policies and procedures, Daily Operating Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), MOC Process, and Quality Management System. Participate in the safety activities of the shift to ensure regulatory, health, safety, security, environmental, and quality compliance. Carry out plant walk-downs and audits to ensure work is being performed safely and that the plant safety systems are enabled. Coordinate efforts to correct discrepancies. Actively participate in shift toolbox meetings, JSAs, MSCM’s, etc. Execute Stop Work Authority and take immediate corrective actions to stop unsafe behaviors. Reporting Communicate ideas, present, and explain technical knowledge to stakeholders. Provide training to organizational employees regarding protective ICS cyber security measures and the understanding of social engineering risks and tactics. Prepare timely and accurate recaps and reports in order to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards. Communicate to Supervisor to inform on issues that require additional follow up. الحفاظ على الأنشطة وفق اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة مع الأقسام/الوحدات الداخلية لتحقيق تحسينات في زمن التسليم. - بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية وفعالة مع الأقسام/الوحدات ذات الصلة لتحقيق أهداف المجموعة. - تقديم البيانات الدقيقة في الوقت المناسب للمدققين الخارجيين والداخليين والامتثال والرقابة المالية والمخاطر عند الطلب. ج. الداخلي (العمليات، المنتجات، التنظيم): - رضا عملاء الحفظ. - إدارة وحل مشكلات العملاء وتغذية مبادرات التطوير في الأعمال أو الأنظمة بشكل استباقي. - تنفيذ استراتيجية لتعظيم الحفاظ على العملاء. - الإشراف ومراقبة جودة الخدمة التي يقدمها مدير علاقات الحفظ والضباط. - المراقبة والتحسين. - تتبع خط أنابيب اكتساب العملاء/إنتاج تقرير المبيعات الشهري لرئيس مجموعة الحفظ. - جلب مدخلات العملاء إلى وظيفة التطوير المنتج. - جهات الاتصال الخارجية والسلطات. - المساهمة في التفاعل وحل المشكلات فيما يتعلق بالسلطات (QFMA وQCB وQCSD وQE وغيرها) ووظائف الرقابة الداخلية والامتثال. - تقرير إلى رئيس مجموعة الحفظ عن التقدم والقي metrics الرئيسية والقضايا والمخاطر الكبرى - إدارة ميزانية فريق مدير العلاقات والضباط. - إدارة ميزانية اكتساب العملاء. - مراقبة عبء عمل مديري العلاقات والضباط وتعيين موظفين جدد عند الحاجة. - إقامة والحفاظ على علاقة جيدة مع الوظائف الداخلية لضمان خدمة ممتازة وتحقيق هدف البيع المتبادل. - مراقبة ومراجعة أداء الموظفين؛ وحل مشكلات الأداء. - توجيه الموظفين وتوفير التدريب المهني وفرص التطور المهني لدعم نموهم وزيادة إنتاجيتهم. - التحسين المستمر: - وضع أمثلة من خلال قيادة مبادرات التحسين عبر فرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان النجاح. - تحديد وتشجيع الأفراد على تبني ممارسات تفوق معيار الصناعة. - الاستمرار في تشجيع وتقدير أهمية التفكير خارج الصندوق ضمن الفريق. - تشجيع وتوجيه ومكافأة الأفكار المبتكرة حتى في المسائل اليومية. د. التعلم والمعرفة: - تحديد مبكر لاحتياجات التطوير المهني لنفسه والقيام بأنشطة التطوير. - البحث عن فرص للبقاء على اطلاع بجميع التطورات في المجال المهني. - عقد اجتماعات مع الموظفين وتقييم أدائهم وأداء فريقك بشكل منتظم. - اتخاذ إجراءات حاسمة لضمان سرعة حل الشكاوى أو النزاعات غير المحسومة بين أعضاء الفريق. هـ. المسؤوليات القانونية والتنظيمية وإطار المخاطر: - الامتثال لجميع المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية ومتطلبات الامتثال الداخلية بما فيها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر سياسات وإجراءات الامتثال للمجموعة (مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب، سياسة العقوبات، سياسة حماية البيانات، سياسة مكافحة الاحتيال، سياسة الإبلاغ عن المخالفات، سياسة تضارب المصالح والتعامل مع الداخلين)، - فهم وأداء دورك بفعالية وفق مبدأ الخطوط الثلاث للدفاع لتحديد المخاطر ومراقبتها وإدارتها والإبلاغ عنها. - ضمان نتائج جيدة منهجية للعملاء وفق سياسة مخاطر السلوك. - دعم إطار عمل تقييم مخاطر العمليات RCSA وKRI والتبليغ عن الحوادث والتعويض المناسب وفق متطلبات إدارة المخاطر التشغيلية. - الحفاظ على المعرفة الكافية لضمان التأهيل الكامل لأداء الدور. - إكمال جميع التدريبات الإلزامية التي يوفرها البنك، وتحقيق والحفاظ على مستويات الكفاءة المطلوبة. - حضور الندوات الإلزامية (داخلية وخارجية) حسب تعليمات البنك. و. أخرى: - ضمان معايير عالية لحماية البيانات والسرية لحماية المعلومات الحساسة تجارياً. - الحفاظ على السرية القصوى حول بيانات العملاء والمعلومات الداخلية للبنك التي يتم الحصول عليها أثناء العمل وتوفير تلك المعلومات عند الحاجة فقط لإدارة كيو إن بي العليا ووظائف التدقيق والامتثال والمنظمين المعنيين. - الحفاظ على معايير مهنية عالية لدعم سمعة كيو إن بي وتعزيز موقعها القيادي في السوق. - جميع الواجبات/الأنشطة العرضية الأخرى المتعلقة بكيو إن بي والتي قد يطلبها الإدارة من وقت لآخر. متطلبات التعليم والخبرة : - خريج جامعي ويفضل تخصص رئيسي في التسويق، المصارف، التمويل، المحاسبة، الاقتصاد، إدارة الأعمال أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات (مجال ذي صلة)، ويفضل الماجستير. - خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في إدارة العملاء وتطوير الأعمال، ويفضل في سياق حفظ البنوك وإدارة الاستثمارات أو إدارة الصناديق. - الحد الأدنى 5 سنوات خبرة عملية من عمليات الحفظ. - معرفة ممتازة بمنتجات الحفظ والبنوك المؤسسية. - خبرة إدارة وسجل حافل بوضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات العمل بنجاح. - مهارات قيادية مثبتة في متابعة الأداء والتفاعل لإدارة الفرق.
