Coordinate parallel loading into downstream systems while maintaining synchronisation with T24.<br>Reconciliation & Testing<br>Oversee development of automated reconciliation capabilities. Validate reconciliation across General Ledger balances, customer balances, loan portfolios, product balances, and customer records. Lead triage and resolution of all migration-related defects.<br>Cutover<br>Own detailed minute-by-minute cutover runbooks covering freeze periods, extraction windows, load sequences, validation checkpoints, and execution steps. Secure readiness approvals from Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and IT stakeholders. Define rollback procedures and recovery mechanisms and ensure preservation of data integrity in rollback scenarios.<br>Workstream Management<br>Plan, organise, track, govern, and report all data-related workstream activities. Manage cross-functional dependencies and issues.
