<p><b><br></b></p><p><b>The role:</b></p><p>We seek an individual to join as a Health & Safety Manager where your focus will be:</p><ul><li>Leading the implementation of the school s health and safety management system, ensuring policies and procedures are understood and applied</li><li>Providing practical health and safety advice and guidance to school leadership, operations, facilities and teaching teams</li><li>Coordinating and maintaining risk assessments across school activities, facilities, educational visits, events and contractors</li><li>Carrying out regular health and safety inspections and audits across the school site</li><li>Leading or supporting incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions</li><li>Supporting the development and testing of emergency response arrangements, including fire evacuation, lockdown and medical emergency procedures</li><li>Delivering health and safety induction, training and awareness sessions for staff and contractors</li><li>Managing contractor safety compliance and monitoring contractor activities on site</li><li>Reporting regularly on health and safety performance to school and regional leadership</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent experience, e.g. NEBOSH International General Certificate</li><li>Experience in a health and safety role, ideally within a school, education, facilities, hospitality or healthcare environment</li><li>Strong understanding of risk assessment, inspections, incident investigation and corrective action management</li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills</li><li>Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a school environment</li><li>Good IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records</li><li>IOSH Managing Safely, First Aid or Fire Safety training (desirable)</li><li>Experience working in Qatar or the wider GCC (desirable)</li></ul><p>Please see full job description here.</p>
About the Role<br>Our client is a market-leading banking and financial services organisation investing in advanced AI and digital transformation. We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering, cloud architecture and technical leadership within a highly regulated environment.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Lead the design and development of Agentic AI, LLM and multi-agent solutions. Architect AI platforms using RAG, vector databases, embeddings and knowledge retrieval. Design scalable AI solutions across Azure and/or GCP, including Kubernetes/Open Shift. Develop production-grade AI services using Python, APIs, microservices and Kafka. Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance across AI engineering initiatives.<br>Technical Skills:<br>Expert Python with strong software engineering and API development experience. Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and AI orchestration frameworks. Experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel or similar. Advanced knowledge of Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift and MLOps. Strong experience with Kafka, Spark, SQL, Git, CI/CD and model monitoring.<br>Experience & Qualifications:<br>7+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in AI/ML. Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production. Strong experience in AI architecture, cloud engineering and enterprise integration. Banking or financial services experience is mandatory. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
