<p>Opens the main door of the hotel and ensures that all guests are greeted on arrival & departure of the hotel and escorting each individual to the right direction. Ensure the prompt and efficient handling off all guest luggage on arrival, during stay, departure and the luggage store, as well as ensure safety and security of guest luggage. Assure that every luggage is covered with a baggage claim tag. Parking of guests and visitors vehicles in the designated hotel parking area. Resolve guests complaints/ requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediately follow up. Handle issuance of guest room key cards and ensure effective control for guest security. This duty must be performed with utmost accuracy and speed especially during the registration seasons.</li> <li>Keeps track of student registration status based on relevant reports such as the attendance reports received from teachers, which the Registration Officer must be proactive in checking daily or weekly, depending on the season. Take prompt action by advising the immediate supervisor to replace the student when registration is still possible.</li> <li>Updates and maintains the student database in a timely manner. Performs periodical checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness and currency of information in the database. JOB SUMMARY<br>The Psychologist – Developmental Pediatrics (PhD is responsible for providing specialist psychological intakes, behavioral assessments, and interventions for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders in the Outpatient Clinic. The incumbent is responsible for providing comprehensive psychological assessment and psychological/ psychoeducational/ neuropsychological testing, and for formulating/ implementing a formal psychological treatment plan for the patients. The incumbent is also responsible for providing specialist psychological advice, guidance, and consultation to other professionals contributing directly to the patient’s diagnosis and treatment plan.<br>KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:<br>Composes comprehensive written reports of psychological and behavioral assessments. Review’s relevant school and/or other medical records to understand cases better. Communicates directly with schools and school staff, when applicable and with parental written consent for school input. Familiarizes with various different educational systems that are available in Qatar, the public and private school and healthcare system, and the local community resources, so as to be in a position to counsel parents on appropriate educational placement, accessing therapy interventions and ability-friendly programs based on the outcome of the child’s diagnostic assessments that were completed by MDT or doctoral-level clinical psychologist.
