You will streamline shipping and customs activities, define the most suitable transportation and customs schemes, and supervise the safe, efficient and cost-effective movement of Saipem purchased materials, subcontractors’ equipment and company-provided items in compliance with project requirements, budget and schedule.<br><br>How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:<br><br>Streamline shipping and customs activities within the supply chain process, coordinating with Procurement, Expediting & Inspection, Asset and Operational Logistics to improve efficiency, competences and cost control. Define the best transportation and customs scheme, including feasibility and cost assessment, according to actual project requirements. Supervise and manage transport and customs formalities for Saipem purchased materials, subcontractors’ equipment and company-provided items from agreed delivery point up to final destination. Support tendering and supply chain functions by defining transportation schemes, assessing feasibility and preparing related budget inputs. Define the overall Project Customs scheme during tendering and execution phases according to project fiscal organization, vendor locations, material origin and applicable customs/fiscal regulations. Support procurement activities by defining contractual delivery terms, providing transport costs, preparing packing specifications and shipping instructions. Liaise with Expediting & Inspection once goods are released for collection, ensuring timely shipment arrangement up to destination. Coordinate with Logistics to define Project Shipping instructions and ensure distribution through the Shipping and Customs Network to all transport offices involved. Support the Insurance department by ensuring proper notification where shipment value exceeds corporate insurance deductibles or when damage occurs during transportation. Review and approve Scope of Works, Purchase Requisitions and Technical Bid Evaluations relevant to Transport Frame Agreements and single dedicated shipments. Manage Transport Agreements and monitor utilization, approving related AfS / WO within power of attorney limits and authorizing SE / Progress Reports. Ensure proper document archiving and traceability of all records relevant to shipping and customs activities. Ensure the required information flow toward competent functions for liquidated damages and price revision matters. Assign Shipping & Customs Coordinators to projects and ensure adequate support from Shipping and Customs officers, including outsourced resources through the network when required. Participate in vendor qualification and provide feedback/reporting on owners, freight forwarders and customs brokers performance.<br><br>What are we looking for?<br><br>Education<br><br>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 10–15 years of experience in shipping, customs, logistics or supply chain roles, with proven experience managing transport schemes, customs formalities, vendors, freight forwarders and customs brokers within oil & gas, energy, EPC or large project environments.<br><br>Languages<br><br>Fluent in English (mandatory) Additional languages (Italian, French, Arabic) are a plus<br><br>Technical Skills<br><br>Strong knowledge of shipping, customs and international transport regulations, including customs documentation, declarations, VAT, tariffs, customs brokers and freight forwarder management. Ability to define overall Project Customs schemes according to project fiscal organization, vendor location, country of origin and local regulations. Expertise in transport planning, shipping instructions, packing specifications and Incoterms in line with project and contractual requirements. Experience with Scope of Works, Purchase Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations and Transport Agreements for frame agreements and dedicated shipments. Knowledge of port, air and sea operations, including documentation, handling, dangerous goods / out-of-gauge cargo and transport permits where applicable. There will be a requirement for some regional travel.<br><br>Your Key Responsibilities<br><br>As a Senior Manager you will be a core part of the senior management team within Forensic & Integrity Services MENA. You will focus on the growth of the business within the MENA region. This will involve client and opportunity identification and ensuring these translate into revenue.<br><br>To this end you will develop and lead relationships with large corporate accounts and establish a strong revenue, build a market leading team capable of providing board level strategic advice and winning large transformation engagements that leverage the wider competencies of EY and raise EY's profile in the forensics area.<br><br>Specifically, you will need to:<br><br>Forensic investigations: Lead corruption, fraud, and forensic investigations including multi-jurisdictional matters, applying analytics to accelerate evidence identification and quantify losses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and policy analysis, with the ability to translate desired policy outcomes into practical recommendations for clients.<br><br>Your Key Responsibilities<br><br>Provide strategic guidance on the development of tax policy, by reference to best practice and regulatory trends internationally. Support tax and revenue administrations in effectively implementing tax and revenue policies . Support governments with their strategy and engagement on international tax initiatives . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, economics, public policy) to deliver integrated solutions. Prepare and present insights in a clear and compelling manner.<br><br>Skills And Attributes For Success<br><br>You must be able to build strong client relationships & excellently communicate in a range of situations in both written and oral English. You should also be able to solve problems creatively and pragmatically.<br><br>To qualify for the role<br><br>A degree in economics, finance, tax or accounting At least five years of relevant experience as Tax professional Experience working for a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred. However, we will consider candidates from governmental entities, or international firms. Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax rules and tax authority practices. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and interact with senior stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including drafting technical memos and policy papers.<br><br>Ideally, you’ll also have<br><br>Experience engaging with tax authorities, regulators, and industry bodies. Familiarity with OECD BEPS, Pillar One and Two, and global minimum tax frameworks. Role Title Senior Project Manager<br>Job Purpose Summary The Senior Project Manager participates in planning and implementation processes of projects undertaken by the group. The incumbent will be coordinating and monitoring the ongoing projects and insure that these projects are on schedule and as per the strategy plan, also, to prioritize and reschedule the projects as per the resources and criticality of the user requirements and provide support to team members in providing any solutions and any operations related problems. The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring projects’ compliance with the Group-wide Operational standards, policies/procedures, industry best practices and pertinent laws and regulations.<br>Key Responsibilities Program & PMO Governance Establish and run a fit-for-purpose PMO framework covering governance, reporting, planning, risk, issue, dependency, and financial management. Define program standards, templates, controls, and cadence appropriate for a multi-year strategic transformation. Maintain the integrated program plan across all 2030 strategy initiatives and workstreams. Ensure clear alignment between strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and execution priorities.<br>Consultant & Vendor Management Support the procurement, selection, and onboarding of external consultants, including those responsible for Business Requirements definition and transformation delivery. Define scopes of work, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria for consulting engagements. Act as central coordination point for consultants, ensuring consistency of outputs, avoidance of duplication, and adherence to program standards. Monitor consultant performance against agreed deliverables, timelines, and budgets.<br>Business Requirements & Delivery Oversight Oversee the development of Business Requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive, prioritized, traceable to strategy, and suitable for downstream implementation. Coordinate inputs from business, operations, compliance, risk, technology, and investment teams. Ensure dependencies between requirements, operating model changes, and implementation phases are clearly identified and managed.<br>Stakeholder & Executive Reporting Produce concise, decision-ready reporting for senior management and program governance forums. Facilitate program steering committees, design authorities, and executive checkpoints. Act as a trusted interface between sponsors, business leads, consultants, and delivery teams. Education/Experience Requirements:- Bachelor degree University Graduate/preferred with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study)- At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank / IT Operation fields of which at least 5 to 6 years in bank in a Supervisory capacity in responsibilities relating to project management ;products knowledge ; Operation and business excellence<br>Required Special Skills:<br>- Efficient planning and co-ordination skills, which are necessary to effectively prioritize the projects and to achieve the targeted schedule.
