Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Supervisor to oversee and promote health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across our operations in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and fostering a strong safety culture to maintain a safe and incident-free workplace.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Conduct safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees on topics including emergency response, hazardous material handling, accident prevention, and safe work practices. Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, and other HSE documentation as required. Promote a proactive safety culture by encouraging employee participation in HSE initiatives and continuous improvement.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor, preferably in Qatar. Good knowledge of Ashghal requirements and QCS 2014. Ashghal-approved Safety Supervisor will be given preference.
