This includes: operating the automated stop announcement system, properly answering customers' questions and providing necessary information if available related to passenger journey.</li><li>Performs various physical and customer services duties to successfully complete assigned tasks, including but not limited to, boarding and de-boarding of passengers, assisting PRM employees with pregnant ladies, elderly passengers, wheel chair and disabled passengers, loading and unloading of passengers baggage from/ to the luggage compartment and properly operating all assigned vehicles and operating devices.</li><li>Responsible to profile all flights requiring PAX Transportation and plan accordingly to stay equipped with necessary resources well ahead of time.</li><li>Responsible to maintain Passenger Services-Drivers Manifest Report for shift and collect all the records accurately in report and/ or through Real Time device (tablet) related to assigned tasks (Flight No, Boarding Gate, Bay No, A/C Registration, Coach Position Time, Released-Departure /Arrival, Aircraft time, Time PAX Released, any specific zone allocation as per operational demand.</li><li>Ensures assigned vehicles are driven and maintained in a safe manner at all times as per the established Company processes and in line with the Airport Vehicle Operator Regulation Manual.</li><li>Ensures pre-checks of all vehicles are done and completed on the Drivers Manifest prior and after assigned tasks while on shift.</li><li>Report any observed defects and discrepancies while performing the task related to the vehicle condition such as but not limited to audio and video systems, vehicles exterior and interior cleanness level, passenger information labels within the cabin, communication devices discrepancies.</li><li>Submit written incident report on accidents involving driver or company vehicle ensuring that all incidents are reported to the supervisors on a timely manner.</li><li>Report immediately the issues challenges faced in the transportation process to the shift in charge, ensuring timely resolution maintaining transportation service on schedule.</li><li>Ensure assigned vehicles are fueled and washed as per the established scheduled.</li><li>Drives and operate vehicles for Airside Staff transportation, hand baggage vehicles and passenger coaches at airside premises as per the daily resource allocation plan ensuring that service standards are achieved.</li><li>Ensure vehicles and always in a clean, presentable and roadway condition in accordance with the company policies and standards.</li><li>Maintains working knowledge of and adherence to all HIA AVORM / QAS Driving SOPs operating policies, directives and procedures, bus routes and stops within vicinity of HIA & DIA.</li><li>Maintains personal hygiene and grooming at all times during the shift as per the QAS Grooming Standard guidelines.</li><li>Maintains clear communication thru radio/telephone calls with the internal and external stakeholders and shift in charge to receive and/ or perform transportation tasks in various key locations of the airport.</li><li>Conducts self in an appropriate manner as representative of QAS, working in an effective and diverse work environment, using prudent judgement at all times, performing duties in a safe manner and assuring professional quality of services to all customers.</li><li>Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Information</strong> <em>(limited to Fixed-term Contract only</em>)<br><br><ul><li>Contract Type: Fixed-term contract – 3 years</li><li>Job Type: Shift-based work. Join us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p>The Senior Commercial & Contracts Manager will be responsible for the commercial and contractual administration of General Engineering Consultant (GEC) and construction contracts for major roads and infrastructure projects in Qatar. The role will oversee the complete commercial and contractual lifecycle of projects, including budgeting, cost estimating, procurement, tendering, contract administration, change management, claims, commercial risk management, payments, and final close-out.</p><br><p>The successful candidate will have extensive experience in roads and infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of Qatar’s Public Works Authority (PWA) procedures, Qatar Government requirements, PWA Conditions of Contract, and QCS 2014.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><li>Administer GEC and construction contracts in accordance with contractual requirements, PWA procedures, and applicable Qatar regulations.</li><li>Lead the procurement of construction and consultancy contracts through competitive open tendering processes.</li><li>Review and provide input on tender documentation, including ITT, Particular Conditions of Contract, Scope of Work, Authority Requirements, Form of Tender, Contract Particulars, Pricing Preambles, Bills of Quantities, insurances, nominated suppliers, and subcontractors.</li><li>Review preliminary and final project cost estimates and provide independent estimates for new works.</li><li>Support the preparation and evaluation of tender reports for submission to the Tenders and Auctions Committee.</li><li>Identify, assess, manage, and control commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Resolve commercial and contractual issues in coordination with Project Managers, design teams, GECs, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Administer GEC contracts, including guarantees, personnel, insurances, changes, claims, addenda, disputes, penalties, KPIs, notices, and other contractual matters.</li><li>Administer construction contracts, including contractor guarantees, collateral warranties, appointment of engineers and sub-representatives, key personnel, key stages, KPIs, and manage variations, impact assessments, value engineering proposals, provisional sums, prime cost sums, and other commercial changes.</li><li>Administer contractual claims, including assessment, infrastructure projects.</li><li>Proven experience managing both consultancy/GEC and construction contracts.</li><li>Previous experience working on Qatar/PWA projects is highly The role will have responsibility for both flow and episodic revenue which requires strong leadership, risk skills, corporate finance mindset and partnerships to deliver best in class solutions.</li><li>Drive innovation and speed to market and promote cross-selling of products across the full platform.</li><li>Responsible for overall parent relationship management of clients and providing a wide range of treasury and corporate finance solutions, including cash management, trade, vendor finance, FX, general credit, loans, debt capital markets, share repurchase, and interest rate and equity derivatives.</li><li>Ensuring efficient use of Capital and that Capital returns (RORC and RoTCE) are delivered across the franchise.</li><li>Responsible for meeting revenue goals and other goals related to budget, risk management, and credit allocation in partnership with GCM and Risk.</li><li>Lead the Sustainability agenda and the digital transformation for clients with particular emphasis on digital natives and digital tools.</li></ul><p><b><u>Qualifications</u>:</b></p><br><ul><li>Have at least 15 years of experience, of which at least 12 years in banking, finance or economic affairs related to their competence in banking activities, with at least 7 years in key executive positions in those areas.</li><li>Strong Corporate Finance and Credit skills.
