Manage the search platform — oversee index architecture, faceting strategy, personalization features, and API integrations; coordinate with engineering on ingestion pipelines and real-time catalog syncs. Translate business needs into search logic — work with commercial and ops teams to support merchandising, promotions, and vendor-boosting use cases within the relevance framework. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive the growth of our B2B Specialty Coffee and HORECA business in Qatar.<br>ROLE DESCRIPTIONThe Sales Executive will be responsible for penetrating the Qatar coffee market and developing B2B business across specialty coffee shops, local café chains, hotels, restaurants, roasteries, offices and other HORECA customers.<br>This is primarily a new-business acquisition role. The successful candidate will actively identify prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, introduce our products and capabilities, conduct tastings and commercial presentations, negotiate supply agreements and convert prospects into long-term customers.<br>The role requires someone who is highly active in the market, commercially driven, comfortable opening doors and building relationships from the ground up, and able to develop a strong pipeline of customers across Qatar.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarket Penetration & New Business Development Develop and execute an active market-penetration plan for the Qatar B2B coffee market. <p>The Engineering Logistics Portal (ELP) Operator will be responsible for the management of all Typhoon repairable assets which have failed at Forward and require tasking via the ELP process. The post holder will supervise of all assets as they pass through the Quality Gate, Engineering Tasking and Repair Scheduling. Directly interfacing with the Part M engineer, Repairs Inventory Planner and Part M Repair Scheduler. Core Activities: Completion of activities Ensure all ML2/ML4 activities and transactions are appropriately documented and maintained on the IMS system. Support daily activities including facilitation, deputation and management of reviews where necessary. Provide effective demand management for all ML2/ML4 activities by meeting delivery targets, monitoring and reviewing performance against contractual KPI s . Ensure any shortfalls are identified, resolved or escalated where necessary. Support the team, and compile appropriate reporting mechanisms to identify any issues, resolve or escalate as appropriate. They will also be responsible for the facilitation, deputation and management of reviews where necessary. Ensure that department procedures and processes are in place and adopted to ensure safe working. Management and maintenance of effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
