<p>Position Description</p><p>The&nbsp;role&nbsp;holder&nbsp;is&nbsp;responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;design,&nbsp;delivery,&nbsp;and&nbsp;coordination&nbsp;of&nbsp;Technical (Electrical)&nbsp;training&nbsp;programs&nbsp;aimed&nbsp;at&nbsp;enhancing&nbsp;employees’&nbsp;skills&nbsp;and&nbsp;professional development.&nbsp;This&nbsp;role&nbsp;ensures&nbsp;that&nbsp;employees&nbsp;acquire&nbsp;the&nbsp;necessary&nbsp;technical competencies to perform their duties effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Conducts competency assessments to identify technical skill gaps and Electrical training needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Planning and structuring of Electrical training programs to align with the overall objectives of support departments and functions.&nbsp;</li><li>Development and customization of Electrical training programs and related materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports&nbsp;the&nbsp;implementation&nbsp;and&nbsp;administration&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Learning&nbsp;Management&nbsp;System (LMS).&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluates&nbsp;the&nbsp;effectiveness&nbsp;of&nbsp;Electrical&nbsp;training&nbsp;programs&nbsp;through&nbsp;assessments, feedback, and performance data, and recommends improvements based on insights and participant input.</li><li>Utilizes digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery, monitoring, and tracking.&nbsp;</li><li>Regularly reviews and updates training materials to ensure they remain current, relevant, and effective.&nbsp;</li><li>Analyzes&nbsp;Electrical&nbsp;training&nbsp;programs&nbsp;and&nbsp;prepares&nbsp;reports&nbsp;on&nbsp;outcomes,&nbsp;trends,&nbsp;and return on investment (ROI) for management review.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Education &amp; Experience</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering; a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of six years of experience in Learning and Development in a similar role.</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><li><br></li>

<p>? Experience in the design and supervision of the installation of Infrastructure dry utilities ? Experience in working with Primary & Distribution Substations 22kv (From design stage to handing over stage) ? Experience in working on MV networks conceptual design (Single Line) & Protection Schemes ? Experience in the testing & commissioning of all electrical system components/equipment ? Ability to resolve technical issues and clashes during the design development process with other stakeholders. ? Experience in dealing with authorities for cases involving departure from standards (i.e. sub-standard design). ? Review and recommend samples, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc. ? Experience with High voltage & extra High voltage networks ? Specialized in the design of LV & MV schemes ? Familiar with Qatar Transmission Grid Code and its requirements ? Familiar with Kahramaa rules and regulations and their internal processes with hands on experience in coordinating with Kahramaa stakeholders on technical matters for approvals. ? Experience in planning, designing and optimizing electrical requirements of plot subdivisions in line with local codes & standards ? Familiar with relevant software for design of dry utilities</p><p>Qualification, Technical Skills and Competencies required to Execute this Role ? Engineering Graduate preferably with a Master’s degree in a specific Utility. ? Chartered Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is preferred ? MME Registered Engineer – Grade A ? Knowledge of construction supervision services ? Understanding of international engineering standards and codes ? Good interpersonal and leadership skills ? Strong communication skills ? Good planning and organization skills ? Strong attention to details ? Strong time management skills ? Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English Experience Required to Execute this Role ? 20+ years of International experience of which 10+ in Qatar in major infrastructure planning and design works with site construction experience. ? <ul><li><p>Act as OT Cyber Security SME supporting engineering and project execution activities.</p></li><li><p>Review OT architecture modifications and ensure alignment with approved Cyber Security requirements.</p></li><li><p>Perform OT Cyber Security engineering studies, technical evaluations and solution assessments.</p></li><li><p>Provide OT Cyber Security support during design reviews, FAT, SAT, commissioning and handover.</p></li><li><p>Support advanced troubleshooting, incident management, root-cause analysis and recovery of OT Cyber Security systems.</p></li><li><p>Support OT vulnerability management, patch management and security control implementation.</p></li><li><p>Support internal and client/shareholder audits and closure of Cyber Security findings.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and other stakeholders for OT Cyber Security activities.</p></li><li><p>Support OT Cyber Security governance, technology strategy and digitalization initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical coaching, knowledge transfer and support to engineering and operations teams.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Automation & Control Systems, Industrial Control Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas engineering experience with strong OT/ICS Cyber Security exposure.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of OT environments including DCS, SIS, SCADA, metering, machinery monitoring/control systems and instrument asset management systems.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of OT infrastructure, industrial networks, communication protocols and network segmentation.</p></li><li><p>Experience with OT Cyber Security solutions including Endpoint Protection, Industrial Networks and Boundary Protection, OT IDS/IPS, SIEM, Authentication and Access Control.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of IEC, ISA, NIST and ISO Cyber Security standards.</p></li><li><p>Experience in OT Cyber Security design, troubleshooting, sustainment and vulnerability management.</p></li><li><p>Experience with FAT, SAT, design reviews, commissioning, project execution and handover.</p></li><li><p>Experience in incident management, root-cause analysis and recovery.</p></li><li><p>Oil & Gas, LNG, refinery, petrochemical, onshore or offshore experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong English communication, stakeholder management and technical documentation skills.</p></li></ul>
