<b>Job Description</b>Overview<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Drafting Technician/Designer to support the planning, design, and delivery of airport infrastructure projects. The role involves the preparation, coordination, and management of civil engineering drawings and design documentation for a wide range of airside and landside airport developments, including runways, taxiways, aprons, roads, utility corridors, drainage systems, grading works, and associated infrastructure. The Civil Drafting Support will work closely with civil engineers, airport planners, airfield specialists, utility engineers, and multidisciplinary design teams to produce high-quality engineering drawings and models throughout all project phases, from concept development to detailed design and construction support. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that drawings are accurate, coordinated, compliant with project standards, and aligned with applicable aviation regulations, engineering standards, and client requirements.The role requires proficiency in CAD and BIM platforms, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage drawing production in a complex, multidisciplinary airport environment. The candidate will contribute to the successful delivery of airport expansion, modernization, rehabilitation, and greenfield development projects by supporting efficient design coordination, documentation control, and project execution.</p><br>Your role<ul><li>Prepare and maintain civil engineering drawings and design documentation for airport infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, airside service roads, landside road networks, utility corridors, drainage systems, and associated facilities.</li><li>Produce drawings in accordance with project requirements, company standards, and applicable industry practices.</li><li>Support the development of airfield layout drawings, geometric plans, marking layouts, grading plans, and airside infrastructure drawings. Assist engineers in accurately translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings while ensuring compliance with applicable aviation and airport design standards.</li><li>Develop grading plans, contour drawings, earthworks layouts, stormwater drainage plans, profiles, cross-sections, and associated civil engineering documentation. Ensure consistency between grading, drainage, and pavement design requirements while maintaining accurate drawing coordination.</li><li>Prepare detailed drawings for underground and above-ground utility networks, including water supply, sewerage, stormwater, electrical duct banks, communications corridors, and fuel infrastructure. Coordinate utility layouts with other disciplines to avoid clashes and maintain constructability.</li><li>Support the preparation of civil drawings related to airfield and landside pavements, including pavement layouts, section details, construction details, pavement rehabilitation plans, and associated infrastructure works. Incorporate engineering input into accurate and constructible design documentation.</li><li>Develop, update, and maintain CAD drawings and BIM models in accordance with project execution plans and digital delivery standards. Support model coordination activities and ensure alignment between design models and drawing deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Work closely with civil engineers, airport planners, airfield specialists, structural, mechanical, electrical, ICT, and utility teams to coordinate design interfaces and ensure consistency across all project documentation. Resolve drawing conflicts and support integrated project delivery.</li><li>Conduct drawing reviews and self-checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with project standards. Implement quality control procedures to minimize drafting errors and maintain high-quality deliverables.</li><li>Manage drawing updates and revisions throughout project development. Maintain document control procedures, drawing registers, and revision histories to ensure that project teams are working with the latest approved documentation.</li><li>Support the preparation of construction drawings, as-built records, and project documentation packages. Respond to drafting-related queries during project execution and assist engineers in resolving design and documentation issues arising during construction.</li><li>Incorporate survey data, GIS information, utility records, and existing airport infrastructure information into project drawings and models. Ensure that design documentation accurately reflects site conditions and project constraints.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting practices, CAD standards, BIM workflows, and digital delivery processes. Support the adoption of innovative tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality in airport project delivery.</li></ul>About you<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. ITI / Diploma in Drafting trade or Civil Engineering.</li><li>5+ years of experience in drafting relevant deliverable. Perform necessary repairs to restore systems to proper working order. Conducts complete overhauls of components and systems. Installs of new or replacement components and systems associated with Aircrew Flight Equipment. Perform routine maintenance on Aircrew Flight Equipment systems. Utilize technical data, rely on technical publications and manuals to guide their work. Conducts thorough inspections to identify potential issues. Operate systems to verify functionality and diagnose problems. May work with specialized support equipment (SE) related to technical discipline.<br><br><br>Position Responsibilities:<br><br><br>Inspect, maintain, and repair aircrew flight equipment, including survival gear, helmets, oxygen masks, harnesses, parachutes, anti-G suits, communication equipment. and other life-support systems. Job Summary<p>We are looking for a Senior IT Operations Specialist to manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and day-to-day technology operations across the organization.</p><br><br><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining reliable and secure IT systems, providing advanced technical support, managing Microsoft technologies and infrastructure, coordinating with technology vendors, and supporting the continuous improvement of IT operations.</p><br><br><br>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and support IT infrastructure, networks, servers, endpoints, and related systems.</li><li>Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Active Directory environments.</li><li>Manage endpoint devices, user accounts, access, and IT assets.</li><li>Support backup, recovery, data protection, and business continuity processes.</li><li>Monitor system performance, availability, security, and overall infrastructure health.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues.</li><li>Support cybersecurity, vulnerability management, access controls, and information security practices.</li><li>Manage employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts, devices, and access.</li><li>Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, asset records, and IT knowledge resources.</li><li>Manage and coordinate with IT vendors, software providers, hardware suppliers, and service providers.</li><li>Review software licenses, IT services, and infrastructure requirements to identify opportunities for cost optimization.</li><li>Support the evaluation and implementation of new IT tools, systems, and technology solutions.</li><li>Assist with internal IT projects, system upgrades, digital workplace solutions, and technology improvements.</li><li>Prioritize technical incidents and infrastructure requirements according to business needs.</li><li>Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support when required for critical incidents or planned technology activities.</li></ul><br>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>7-10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior, supervisory, technical lead, or similar capacity.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Endpoint Management.</li><li>Good knowledge of Active Directory and Hybrid Active Directory environments.</li><li>Experience with backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam.</li><li>Practical experience with network infrastructure, firewalls, and network security.</li><li>Experience in information security, cybersecurity controls, compliance, vulnerability management, and audit readiness.</li><li>Experience with IT vendors, software licensing, and technology cost optimization.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Good technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support multiple business requirements.</li><li>Willingness to provide occasional after-hours or weekend support when required.</li></ul>
