<p>We are seeking an experienced Specialist Groundwater Modeler to support an upcoming project in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, calibrating, and applying numerical groundwater models to support hydrogeological assessments, groundwater resource management, dewatering studies, and project-related water management decisions. Develop, maintain, calibrate, and apply numerical groundwater flow models for project-specific investigations. Define conceptual hydrogeological models based on geological, hydrogeological, groundwater-level, pumping-test, recharge, and water-quality data. <p><b>Job Description </b>: Parsons is seeking a Deputy Project Director / Associate Director to support the Project Director in the successful delivery of the Site Supervision Consultancy Services for a luxury hospitality and entertainment development in Qatar. The development is a state-of-the-art entertainment hub, set to attract millions of visitors annually with its immersive experiences and diverse attractions. The Deputy Project Director will oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of construction supervision activities across the Theme Park, Entertainment, Retail, Hospitality, Residential, and associated development packages. The role will ensure effective supervision of construction works, contract administration, quality assurance, HSE compliance, testing & commissioning, and handover activities while maintaining close coordination between the Client, Contractor, designers, operators, authorities, and other project stakeholders. Working closely with the Project Director, the Deputy Project Director will lead multidisciplinary site supervision teams and support the achievement of the Client's objectives related to quality, schedule, safety, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery.
