<p ><b><span><span>This position leads the development and deployment of category strategies that drive business growth, in-market excellence, and competitive advantage. The role manages the designated category's performance across channels, identifying key growth opportunities and ensuring flawless execution of sales business plans through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external Principals. As the internal expert for the category, the Market Strategy & Planning Manager builds data-driven strategies, manages forecasting and budget planning, and ensures alignment across stakeholders to deliver best-in-class execution, sustainable growth, and increased market share.</span></span></b></p>

<p><b><span>Category Management / Expertise and Strategies </span></b></p>

<li><span>Obtains the needed knowledge regarding the category strategies and key business driver.</span></li>
<li><span>Obtains full understanding of the category performance by channel and spot on the key opportunitis.</span></li>
<li><span>Ensures the deployment of category strategies (dpsm) by cbd teams</span></li>
<li><span>Analyses and have clear picture of competitive information and activities</span></li>

<p><b><span>Principals Management</span></b><span>:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Serves as a contact person for the Principals MS&P</span></li>
<li><span>Works proactively with the Principals and Brand Management Teams on developing aggressive sales business plans in order to achieve the desired results</span></li>
<li><span><span>Manages the day-to-day relationships with MS&P of the Principals in order to ensure flawless executions of the initiatives Master Plan</span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><b><span>Deployment of Sales Business Plans</span></b></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Develops the internal initiatives execution plan by channel in alignment with the CBD Team Leaders</span></li>
<li><span>Obtains the necessary budget from Principals (tfis) and manages the funds internally</span></li>
<li><span>Puts in place the right tools that will ensure flawless and superior execution of sales business plans targeting BIC (best-in-class) execution</span></li>
<li><span>Communicates effectively the plans to CBD to ensure fast and quality executions</span></li>
<li><span><span>Trains and roles out category knowledge to the CBD organization and prepares post-event documentation (Field Initiative Recap)<span> </span></span></span></li>
</ul>
<p><b><span>Forecasting</span></b></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Provides the Demand function with volume sales forecast in order to ensure optimum levels of inventory</span></li>
