<br><p>Works with HR Operations and HRIS to identify ways to reduce errors in data entry and assist in implementing improved processes/systems.</p><br>
<p>Partners with other HR system stakeholders to streamline process and offer technical solutions to increase data integrity and process efficiency.</p><br>
<p>Collects and translates business requirements, performs gap analysis, designs communication and training, prepares and executes testing system testing to ensure alignment of business requirements.</p><br>
<p>Provides input for designing and maintaining system configurations and specifications, and collaborates with corporate functional and technical teams to review, research and recommend updates and fixes for HR systems.</p><br>
<p>Recommends and establishes efficient processes and procedures internally to ensure proper handling of HR transactions, and documents within the departments established guidelines</p><br>
<p>Ensures accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis</p><br>
<p>Conducts data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed</p><br>
<p>Conducts troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users</p><br>
<p>Provides content expertise for new system implementations and upgrades. Acts as primary contact with outside organizations or functions to respond to technical questions on HR data.</p><br>
<p>Provides day to day systems support including troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions and implementing enhancements and fixes in systems per change control guidelines</p><br>
<p>Manages the data integrity, system testing, report writing, and process improvement opportunities</p><br>
<p>Provides feedback on ways to improve the utilization of the HRIS System to improve the efficiency of data flow</p><br>
<p>Develops and maintains standardized work processes, user guides and other documentation</p><br>
<p>Maintains proper configuration in HR systems, including business rules and workflow</p><br>
<p>Maintains organization standards by adhering to Company policies and conferring with IT specialists with high level of integrity.</p><br>
<p>Maintain HR systems security for both internal HR and departmental users.</p><br>
<p>Track and update security log, question security requests for appropriateness</p><br>

<br><p>Extensive experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central , LMS, RCM , Onboarding 1.0 , Offboarding 1.0, Succession Planning and Career Development.</p><br> <p>Must have advanced Excel and statistical analysis skills.</p><br> <p>Working knowledge of system implementations and data migration projects is desirable.</p><br> <p>Working knowledge of system integrations (APIs) is required.</p><br> <p>Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is desirable.</p><br> <p>Experience within a HR environment is desirable.</p><br>
<p>ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.</p><br><br><br><u><b>Job Experience</b></u>
