<p>Verifies all critical results and documents with accurate follow-up. </p><br>

<p>Uses Laboratory Information System (LIS) to generate workload statistics, run queries and assess quality of data according to defined criteria. </p><br>
<p>Ensures policies and procedures for the sections are adhered to. </p><br>
<p>Adheres to the Hospital standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies. </p><br>
<p>Adheres to the laboratory’s quality control policies and procedures and documents all quality control activities. </p><br>
<p>Helps ensure the provision of a high quality, cost-effective service with the emphasis on quality assurance in all aspects of the section supervised by monitoring and audit of internal quality control. </p><br>
<p>Ascertains that quality control procedures are followed prior to releasing clinical data. </p><br>

<p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

People Management
Monitor the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure that it is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in line with the business plans, and company policies and procedures.
Ensure Direct Hires /Baseload / Call-off Contractors comply with all company policies, procedures, Standard Maintenance Procedures, and Daily Instructions.
Maintain good communications between Supervisor and Production/Technical personnel.

Assist in certification process of workers assigned through training department.
Routine Duties
Perform PM of all equipment’s & tools and bring any abnormalities to the attention of Supervisor immediately and take necessary corrective actions.
Carries out all assessment of job plan including JSA, review and acknowledge drawings, understands recommendations to repair parts that arrive in Valve shop.
Coordinate with ERG, production, safety, technical departments from reliability, QA /QC point of view related to Valve shop.?
Personally perform the cutting/welding tasks and demonstrate practical knowledge and expertise.
Ability to carry out soldering and brazing jobs.
Must have knowledge of codes and standards related to piping materials & fittings.
Carry out all assessment of job plan including JSA, review and knowledge of isometric drawings, P&IDs, understands recommendations to perform the job in workshop/ Field.
Ensure that all Welding / Fabrication activities are performed in compliance with the ERG recommendations/policies.
Ensure proper welding electrodes are used by all welders and ensure the electrodes are preserved properly.
Ensure the weld joints are properly prepared and proper procedure is followed by all fabricators/welders!
Ensure proper materials are used by all fabricators and welders.
Ensure all welders are qualified and the quality inspection requirements of all jobs are fulfilled.
Ensure the fabrication and welding jobs are performed with good workmanship.
Ensure availability of welding consumables and PPEs and coordinate with Supervisor/planner to avoid shortage.
Coordinate with workshop supervisor in providing specifications, SOW etc. & assist in technical evaluations related to workshop activities.
Must use SAP functionality to acknowledge and execute scheduled jobs.

Support emergency planned SD’s and TA related to valve shop in workshop activities.
Should be able to develop, review / revise procedures related to Valve Shop activities.
Take part in Internal/External & field audits as assigned and to complete audit action items before due dates.

Perform equipment PM/Inspection in a timely manner.
Ability to make necessary adjustments with minimum of Supervision, trouble shoot equipment problems, recommend solutions, resolve root cause, record/report findings.
Shop Management - Provide necessary support to Workshop Supervisor for smooth functioning Fabrication Shop.
Issue Permit in and around Workshop area under workshop ownership.

Be capable of prefabrication and installation the supports and hangers according to the design drawings. Good command of English. Selects the correct stock for issue, creates and process material release orders, and keeps records on incoming and outgoing stock. Reconciles customer documentation with the PSRA and SSA on issues, receipts, storage of supplies and equipment, and financial discrepancies. Screens dues-out reconciliation listings & prepares cancellation/follow up documents. Establishes and maintains automated and manual accounting records and corrects errors and exception documents. Provides status on supply requests, shipments and job-ordered items. Operates a Cannibalization Point in accordance with AR 710-2. Reconciles open requests, repairable exchange items and cannibalization items. Establishes and maintains stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting and supply reports. Assists in validating property book inventories for equipment at the sites. Performs prescribed load list and shop stock list duties to assist the DSSTs. Compare packing lists, receipt documents, bills of lading, inspection reports, other documents, with purchase orders/requisitions to verify accuracy of stock data and quantities received against bills of lading, and shipping documents. Assures stock numbers/prices/sources of data are correct through use of Army Master Data File (AMDF), Supply Bulletins (SBs), supply letters, regulations, etc. Revises quantities ordered based on number of items on hand & reviews records for possible substitution of items. Unloads, unpacks, inspects, counts, segregates and stores incoming supplies. Prepare Forms 2404, 2407) to submit a work order to the maintenance department. Repair and constructs fiberboard or wooden containers. Constructs bins, shelving and other storage aids. Packs, crates, stencils, weigh and bands equipment and supplies. Loads, unloads and moves stock using equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks. Required to climb a ladder and stand for long periods of time. Performs other duties and assignments assigned. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br> Qualifications Security Clearance: The position requires an active and current Secret level security clearance. Education/Certifications: High School Diploma required. Some college preferred. OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification. Experience: Minimum three years’ experience in Unit Level Supply Management and Property Control. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAMS, and ULLS-G. Knowledge of principles and methods for accountability of supplies and equipment at retail/wholesale level, warehousing and moving goods by air, rail, sea, or road. <p>Job Purpose
Gather relevant information about plant equipment, piping, and platforms and prepare accurate drawings/diagrams using computer aided 3D design and 2D drafting software (preferably, but no limited to, PDS/SP3D, Microstation E3D, AutoCAD, and SPPID) in order to assist in visual communication about plant functions/design, bills of materials (BOM), and management of change (MOC).
Key Accountabilities
Data Gathering
Make site visits and coordinate with concerned individuals/departments in order to collect as-built information about piping and instrumentation, equipment details, and structural pipe supports
Preparation & Updating of Drawings
Prepare Plot plan, Key plan, general arrangement drawings, isometrics, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), pipe support drawings or any other drawings,
Prepare equipmen/piping structural supports/platforms drawings including MTO and BOM, and MOC drawings, in line with Company's drafting standards.
Perform site surveys and prepare As-built drawings according to site measurements.
Update plant drawings as part of Management of Change (MOC) process.
Performing quality checks on drawings prepared internally or externally
Validate consistency between engineering drawings and plant databases (tag numbers, equipment IDs, line references) and escalate discrepancies.
Control integration of vendor drawings into plant documentation ensuring alignment with existing plant design and standards .
Ensure drawing readiness prior to Turnaround (TA) execution by identifying outdated or missing drawings.
Support alignment between engineering drawings and asset management systems.
Ensure proper capture, tracking, and incorporation of field redlines into final drawings with full traceability.
Maintain tracking of drawing status (draft, under review, approved, as-built) and report overdue updates.
Information Dissemination
Control native files and upload, with assistance frorn RIM personnel, relevant information to the Company's electronic data management system (ECM) in order to ensure that the right information is available to the right personnel at all times.
